Tender For Facial Recognition Solution Technology And Algorithm 1.1 The Solution Must Use Ai-Based Deep Learning Algorithms For Facial Feature Extraction And Recognition. 1.2 The Solution Must Include An Automated Image Pre-Processing Pipeline For: Face Detection Image Normalization Feature Extraction And Matching Dataset And Scalability 2.1 The Solution Must Support Large-Scale Image Datasets With Provisions For Regular Updates. 2.2 The Solution Must Be Designed For Both Horizontal And Vertical Scaling To Handle Growing Datasets And Increasing Workloads. 2.3 The Solution Should Allow Integration Of Multiple Data Sources, Including: • Publicly Available Image Datasets Social Media (Where Legally Permissible) ⚫ Custom Datasets Provided By The Client 3 4 Matching Accuracy And Filtering 3.1 The Solution Must Provide Confidence Scores Or Probability Ratings For Every Recognition Result. 3.2 The Solution Must Include Filtering Capabilities Based On: • Probability Thresholds Keyword-Based Search Criteria The Solution Must Be Available For Deployment As Either: Delivery Model • Software-As-A-Service (Saas), Or • On-Premises Infrastructure 5 Image Requirements 5.1 The Solution Must Deliver Optimal Performance With Fullfrontal, Clear Facial Images. 5.2 The Solution Must Define And Enforce A Minimum Image Resolution For Accurate Recognition. Client System Requirements 6.1The Solution Must Be Compatible With Major Operating Systems, Including Windows, Macos, And Linux. 6.2 The Solution Must Be Accessible Through Widely Used Web Browsers. 6.3 The Solution Must Be Operable On Standard Commercial Hardware (Mid-Range Cpu And Memory). 6.4 The Solution Must Function With A Stable Broadband Internet Connection. 6.5 The Solution Should Provide Mobile Access For Remote Users. Data Security And Privacy 7.1 The Solution Must Ensure That All Uploaded Probe Images Are Processed Securely. 7.2 The Solution Must Not Store Uploaded Probe Images Long-Term Unless Explicitly Authorized By The Client. 8 Maintenance And Support 9 8.1 The Vendor Must Provide Regular Software Patches, Bug Fixes, And Version Updates. 8.2 The Vendor Must Provide Customer Support During Extended Working Hours, With Escalation Procedures For High-Priority Issues. Customizable Dashboard Training 9.1 The Vendor Must Provide Comprehensive Training For Client Personnel, Including: System Operation, Administration And Configuration, Security Protocols And Best Practices. 9.2 The Vendor Should Provide Updated Training Materials When Major System Updates Are Released. 10 Warranty 10.1 The Solution Must Include A Minimum 24-Month Warranty Covering Software Defects, Functionality Issues, And Security Vulnerabilities. 10.2 The Vendor Must Guarantee Timely Updates And Fixes For Any Reported Issues Within The Warranty Period
