| 7 | Note for item No 1 to 06 : - (i) The comprehensive maintenance Platinum Agreement for M/s TK Elevator India Pvt Ltd, Gold Agreement for M/s OTIS Elevator Company (India) Ltd,Gold Agreement for M/s Indo Fuji Pvt Ltd and Platinum Agreement for M/s Johnson Lifts Pvt Ltd shall be done through respective OEM of existing lift make M/s TK Elevator India Pvt Ltd, M/s OTIS Elevator Company India Ltd Indo fuji Pvt Ltd and M/s Johnson Lifts Pvt Ltd.(ii) The contractor will have to submit MOU on stamp paper of RS 100/- duly notarized, as per specified Performa from respective OEM of existing lifts i.e. M/s TK Elevator India Pvt Ltd, M/s OTIS Elevator Company (India) Ltd, M/s Indo Fuji Pvt Ltd and M/s Johnson Lifts Pvt Ltd within twenty eight days from date of acceptance of tender, failing which the contract will be liable to be cancelled and further action to be taken as per policy in vogue of the contractors default. |
| 8 | (iii) Contractor will conclude with OEM and copy of the agreement alongwith Tax invoice copy will be submitted to Engr-in-Charge and GE before commencement of AMC. No payment will be made to contractor without submission of valid AMC agreement. (iv) The above maintenance include complete maintenance of existing lift by regularly and systematically examining adjusting fabricating as required for smooth and efficient functioning of the equipment/lift. (v) The contract include of repair replacement of machines, motors, generators, door ropes, inverter/ARD system, controller parts, PCBs, belts, rollers, gears, bearings, solenoids, coils, chock brake shoes, liners, contactors, relays, coils, push buttons, door operator VVF drive, VVVF main drive, car door safety device limit switches, governor, hoistway door locks, cabin fan, indicators and other minor machanical spare parts.
