| 1 | Disconnecting and taking down faulty and defective Servo Voltage Stablizers of capacity 1000 KVA , 418 Volts from Plinth with the help of Hydra (Crane) and transporting to Contractor's workshop from DGIS and opening the top cover of the servo stablizer, carrying out the repairs /works listed at serial No. (i) to (xiii) and transporting back to the site (DGIS) for installation including making all the electrical connections complete all as specified and as directed.(i) Decanting of the Servo Volatge Stablizer oil (Transformer Oil) into separate Container /barrel.(ii) Taking out the core/coil of Stablizer(iii) Painting inside of the Stablizer Tank with yellow paint and outside body with synthetic enamel paint of existing tint/colour Cleaning inside of the Stablizer using Stablizer oil.(iv) Fixing only the existing/new buck boost transformer & Dimmer (Variable Transformer) in Stablizer including heating up the core assembly to remove moisture after carrying out the repair works .(v) Renewal of rubberised gasket set for top cover, Brass spindles, LT bushes, etc. (vi) Filling of new Stablizer oil after centrifuging and testing for requird di-electric strength.(vii) Re-fixing the top cover of the stablizer with nuts, bolts and washers.(viii) Preparing Inspection report for renewal of parts etc in presence of EIC and Contractor.(ix) The contractor shall arrange factory visit for the EIC or his representative as and when requried, testing of stablizer to be done on full load at factory. (x) Soldering/ brazing or connecting LV bus bars with sutable size nuts, bolts and washers(xi) Providing necessary insulation papers, sleeves, PVC pipes insulation sheet etc. (xii) Renewal of worn out nuts, bolts and washers.(xiii) Disconnecting the existing old unserviceable On Load Change over switch and fixing new switch.(Note :- Stablizer Oil, Centrifuging of Oil, On Load Change Over Switch & buck boost transformer & Dimmer (Variable Transformer) shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items) |

| 14 | Disconnecting from mains/taking out existing unserviceable/defective Servo Voltage of capacity 10 KVA of any size, type, and make removing from foundation transporting to repair workshop drain out old stablizer oil, taking out core taking out the unserviceable burnt out transformer, re-winding with super enameled copper wire of existing size applying proper insulation, varnish drying in oven, painting inside of the Stablizer Tank with yellow paint and outside body with synthetic enamel paint of existing tint/colour assembling and filling up the transformer oil transporting back to site, re-installating, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Oil required for filling in the stablizer shall be measured & paid separately as supply only under respective item |
| 15 | Collecting of unserviceable voltage stabilizer of capacity 2 to 5 KVA from the MES store yard of AGE E/M (AC) or dismantling the same from site and transporting to contractors workshop for locating the fault including checking the serviceability of electrical/electronic circuits relays and replacement of defective spare parts , reassembling after making connections, testing by applying low and high voltage input to get the 230 volts correct output and transporting back the same to MES store yard complete all as specified and as directed.Note :- Replacement of defective spares and rewinding of transformer of voltage stabilizer will be measured & paid separately under relevant items and Labour charges for taking out old spares & fixing of new spares shall deemed to be included in unit rate quoted. |
