8Material and labour for Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts etc complete Type B0, 1:2:4 using 12.5mm stone graded aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.
9Material and labour for RCC 1:2:4 type B1 set in CM(1:6) in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) chullah roods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces complete all as specified and as directed.Note :Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately.
10Material and labour for High Strength Corrosion Resistant Deformed Steel Bars produced by Thermo Mechanical Treatment process [TMT] steel bars of grade Fe-500D in reinforcement, 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and as directed.
11Designing, providing, installing and fixing factory fin ished custom designed cold form Light Gauge Steel Framed super structure comprising of steel wall panel , trusses, purlins etc manufactured out of minimum 0. 75 mm thick steel sheet as per design requirements . The Steel sheet shall be galvanized (AZ-150 gms Aluminum Zinc Alloy coated steel having minimum yield strength 300-550 Mpa) conforming to AISI specifications and IBC 2009 for cold formed steel framing and construction and also as per 18:875-1987, ISO 800-1984 and 18 :801-1975. The wind load shall be as per provisions of IS 875(part-lll). LGSFS frame shall be designed as per IS: 801 using commercially available software such as Frame CAD Pro-11.7/STAAD PROV8i/ ArchitekV2.5.16/Revit architecture-2011 or equivalent. Proper usage of Connection Accessories like Heavy Duty Tension Ties, Light Duty Hold-ons, Twist Straps (to connect truss with wall frames) , Strong Tie, Tie Rod, H-Brackets, Boxing Sections, L -Shaped Angles for better structural stability.
12The framing section shall be cold form C-type having minimum web depth 89 mm x 39mm flange x 11 mm lip in required length as per structural design requirement duly punched with dimple/slot at required locations as per approved drawings. The slots will be along center line of webs and shall be spaced minimum 250mm away from both ends of the member. The frame can be supplied in panelized or knock down condition in specific dimensions and fastened with screws extending through the steel beyond by minimum of three exposed threads. All self-drilling tapping screws for joining the members shall have a Type II coating in accordance with ASTM 8633(13) or equivalent corrosion protection of gauge 10 & 12, TPI 16 and 8 of length 20mm. The frames shall be fixed to RCC slab or Tie beam over Neoprene rubber using self-expanding carbon steel anchor bolt of dia as per approved drawings and design subject to minimum 12 mm diameter and 121 mm length conforming to AISI 304 and 316 at 500mm c/c with minimum embedment of 100mm in RCC (RCC to be paid separately) and located not more than 300mm from corners or termination of bottom tracks complete in all respects. The item also includes the submission of stability reports duly examined and issued by any NIT/IIT or from Anna University Govt. Engineering colleges. The rate includes the concept design, detailed design, fabrication of sections, transportation, installation and all required fixing arrangement at site as described above.
13Supply and fix of Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting size of 2mm thick with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc., complete all as specified and as directed.
14Material and labour for Providing, cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges Type B0 (1:2:4 )using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.
15Material and labour for applying two coat of synthetic enamal paint overe one coat red oxide of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described all as per specification and as directed by Engineer In Charge
16Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floor and pavings n.exc. 15 cm thick (below or above GL) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
17Dismantling wrought iron or mild steell work of any description works etc., complete all as specified and as directed.
18Demoltion of brick work built in cement mortar of any specification and in any position complete all as specified and as directed.
19Taking down wooden / aluminium chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) of size exceeding 1.5 Sqm and not exceeding 4 Sqm each complete all as specified..
20Taking down Shutter of any description exc 2 sqm & refixing in same opening complete all as specified and as directed.
21Demoltion of floor hearth and wall tiling incl mortar beding and throw rubbish out the premises all as complete all as specified and as directed.
22Material and labour for coloured Vitrified Ceramic tiles of grade B-I (a),10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, light shade, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, laid in floors of pattern as approved over and including 15mm thick screed bed in Cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match all as specified and as directed.
23Material and labour for coloured Vitrified ceramic tiles of grade B-I(a), 10mm thick of size matching to floor tile as approved by GE, fixed in vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match floor tile over a backing coat in Cement Mortar 1:3, 10mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces all as specified and as directed.
24Taking down of cement mortar plaster of any description and preparation of surfaces for receiving new plaster including racking out of joints complete all as specified.
25Material and labour for cutting holes in brick wall built in cement mortar for fixing hold fasts and making good dismantled portion in CM(1:3) or in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 ,depth of embeded portion of hold fasts measured from the face of jamb into wall exc half brick but n,exc one brick all as specified and directed.
26Material and labour for internal rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on any face of brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.
27Material and labour for 5mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) on concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement as in ceiling complete all as specified.
28Material and labour for external rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of brick wall or concrete surfaces, finished fair and even fair using water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.Note: WPC will be measured and paid seperately
29Supply only water proofing compound.
30Material and labour for Preparation of new plastered surfaces wall and applying two coats of Oil bound distember over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.
31Material and labour for Complete removal of existing treatment of wall suface and applying Distempering with First quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification. Two or more coats on new worktwo coats of oil bound distemper, over a coat of wall care putty, complete all as specified and as directed.
32Material and labour for Preparation of newly plastered surfacesfor applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.
33Providing & fixing false ceiling at (a) (b) all heights with GRG (Glass Fibre With Semi With fully Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of perforated perforated 12mm Size 595 x 595 mm of approved texture, 12mm thick thick micro tegular design and patterns having moisture micro tegular edged or 1 0 mm content less than 2%, humidity resistance edged GRG thick square edged of 99%, NRC0.50 to 0.75 as per IS false ceiling GRG false ceiling 8225:1987, Noncombustible as per BS tiles tiles 4 76 (part 4 )-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main- T runners of size 15 x 32 mm of length3000mm,cross-T of size 15x 32mm of length 1200mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15 x 32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of s1ze 600x 600mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e 50mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1 OOOmm length and Lshape level adjuster of size 85x25x2mm. Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x 24x0.40mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall I partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm center to center and 40mm long dry wall wood screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of the Engineer-in- Charge
34Supply and Fix powder coated aluminium sections for frame of doors, windows, ventilators, partitions etc., having thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron and colour as approved by GE/ Engineer - in Charge with one or more rebates including necessary joining cleats etc., complete all as specified and directed.
35Supply and fix of Powder coated aluminium sections for window , ventilator shutter frames of two/three track sliding windoews including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, powder coated aluminium snap beading, screws, including necessary aluminium fittings like handles etc complete all as fixed in repairs all as specified as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.Note: EPDM Rubber beading/gasket measured and paid seperatley.
36Supply and fix of EPDM Rubber beading around glass in aluminium windows /ventilator shutters complete all as specified and as directed.
37Supply and fix of Powder Coated aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer in-charge
38Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour casement (Openable) Door made of extruded profile wilh wall thickness of 2.3mm ( + -0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with mitlti chamber, frame(60mm x 58mm), sash (60mm x 78mm). T profile (One vertical length in between two shutters) (60mm x 74mm). Glazing bead (35mm x 20mm) will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling ol holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket 1.2 + -0.2mm thick galvanized steel Frame (28mm x 21.5mm), sash (31mm x 27mm), T profile (27mm x 17mm) to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall wilh 8mm x 100mm long fasteners. Hardware: [casement door handle made of zinc alloyed (white powder coated). Corner striker. Secondary Strikers. Cylinder. Door transmission gear made of mild sleel with multi point locking system with strikes. 3D Hinges of zinc alloyed (white powder coated) [and 5mm thick glazing with selected quality glass.Note: The unit rate quoted by contractor excludes cost of glass and includes all other connected accessories. Net opening will be measured for payment purpose.
39Supply and fix of 5.5 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

48Materials and labour for removing loose and broken concrete by chiselling /picking etc upto a depth of 10 to 20 mm from floor/roof slab/chajjas and similar structural members, cleaning the dismantled portion with wire brushes etc to remove dust, dirt and all as complete all as specified and as directed.
49Materials and labour for application of high build polymer cement sand mortar 1:2.5 with water cement ratio 0.35 to 0.45 mixing with Nito bond SBR @ 4 ltrs per 50 Kg cement on ceiling / chajja surfaces 10 to 20mm thick in two layers over slurry priming with cement complete all as specified and as directed.
