| 8 | M&L for carring out repairs to existing sluice valve chamber of inner size up to and including 0.9m x 0.9m but not exc 1.2 x 1.2m complete by removing small plants, bushes from inside/out side the valve chamber, cleaning internal/external wall surfaces, refixing loose value chamber cover frame by grouting, plastering internal/external walls with cement mortar 1:3 including filling up damaged portion with precast cement concrete solid block masonry 1:3:6 type C1 in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as directed. |
