| 1 | Supply, installing, testing and commissioning in replacement outdoor type stainless steel (SS 304) cubical enclosure compartmentalized to accommodate following accessories exterior and interior mirror type brushed suitable for highly corrosive environment, high creep resistance, better mechanical properties like ductility, yield strength, hardness etc.The enclosure shall be made of 2 mm thick SS 304 sheet. The fixing of double doors shall be on SS hinges with anti-theft provision (the door can’t be removed from enclosure without cutting enclosure). All fabrication/welding shall be done with TIG/MIG or as approved by Engineer in charge suitable for SS 304. Sliding handle and locking arrangement front and rear both side . Enclosure shall be suitable for AC supply system 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz. IP-55 class protection and mounted on channel 75 mm welded with panel of SS 304 with 04 Nos foundation bolt of size not less than 20mm dia and 300mm long. The enclosure shall have provision of cable alley . Cable entry from bottom side including internal wiring with PVC insulated solid, copper conductor FRLS cable, IS-694 marked, 1100 volts grade of appropriate size (but not less than 2.5 sqmm).All MCCB with adjustable protection for over load and short circuit and conforming to IEC60947-II/IS 13947-II (Latest Version). The MCCB should have Ics=100%Icu. The MCCBs shall have spreader links and barriers as standard feature of manufacturer. All out going feeder shall be connected by cable through suitable size gland plate / glands. The various feeders shall be indicated by font size not less than 20 mm letters using Acrylic sheet . The minimums clearance of bus bar shall be 32mm phase –phase and 26mm for phase to earth. The bus bar shall have colour coding with insulating tape.Platform for the panel with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40 mm graded crushed stone, 15 cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class 'B', old size bricks, rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100 mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for panel. The platform shall be such that it is of a height 45 cm above the nearest road level. |
