| 3 | Surveys and Studies: -Carrying out detailed topographical /contour survey plan including the Marking of contours at every 3 mtrs of intervals on site etc and all ground visible features like building, roads, drain, trees, Electrical poles and other similar permanent features over the different location/areas complete in all respect. The survey to be done by using Electronic Total Station digital instrument or by drone.The consultant shall prepare detailed level sheet and contour plans of the proposed building footprint to be superimposed on the survey showing proposed Plinth level, Floor finish level nearest RL, drain levels, spot levels, and benchmarking details required for design and execution. | 4 | Soil Investigation: - Mobilization and demobilization of personnel, tools, and equipment required for the execution of the work, including lodging and boarding expenses, will be carried out. Soil investigation will be conducted in accordance with IS:1892-2021, using manual, hydraulic, or Calyx rotary drilling methods with 50–150 mm diameter, employing casing pipes or bentonite slurry where necessary to support collapsible strata below the water table. 5 nos of Boreholes will be drilled using pot holes or helical augers in all types of soil up to a depth of 15 m, and in soft to hard rock up to the depth of refusal (N > 50), except in soft soil or boulder zones. Standard Penetration Tests (SPT) will be performed and undisturbed samples (UDS) collected at regular intervals. A comprehensive Soil Bearing Capacity (SBC) report will be prepared and submitted, including analytical and graphical representation, detailed calculations, and recommendations on foundation type and design in accordance with codal provisions. The report will be reviewed and vetted by IIT/NIT experts prior to final submission. |
| 5 | Demolition Planning:-Comprehensive assessment, and planning services to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient execution of the demolition. Carry out a detailed reconnaissance survey and preliminary documentation of the existing site, including review of available architectural, structural, and service drawings, and identification of hazardous materials and utilities such as water supply, sewerage, electrical systems, STP, ETP, DG sets, and HVAC networks. Plan safe demolition sequencing, identifying structures requiring special handling such as underground tanks, basements, or adjoining operational facilities. Based on these assessments, a detailed demolition plan shall be prepared, outlining methodology, phasing, and safety measures, and recommending appropriate demolition techniques, manual, mechanical, or hybrid, depending on site conditions. The scope further includes advising on statutory clearances, preparing a Safety, Health, and Environment Plan, and ensuring compliance with the Demolition Waste Management Rules, 2016 (as amended) as well aspreparation of estimates for demolition and safe disposal of waste. |

Providing comprehensive Structural Design & Consultancy Services including analysis, design, preparation of detailed structural drawings, proof checking, and vetting forReconstruction of Naval Hospital (INHS JEEVANTI), complete in all respects Scope of Work:(A) Structural Design & AnalysisStructural analysis and design of buildings using approved software (ETAB-23 and SAFE).Design of RCC framed structure with suitable grade of concrete.The Structural system shall comply with latest relevant IS codes and incorporating results of Soil Investigation of site. The methodology shall be FEA analysis with the help of Computer Aided Software. To simulate the structure so as to get accurate behaviour, the structure shall be modelled in ETABS-23 and above for Ultimate Limit State (ULS) as well as Serviceability Limit State (SLS). The floor slabs be modelled in accordance with flexibility as applicable with a break in the diaphragm where cut-outs are planned. Shear Walls wherever considered shall be modelled as shell elements and designed to resist Earthquake effect and Wind loads and designed as ductile shear wall. The frames/shear walls in either direction be designed considering various codal combinations of Dead load, Live load and Earthquake/Wind loads. Live loads and unit weights shall be used for analysis as per latest IS Codes. The building be checked for serviceability for both cracked and un-cracked sections as per codes IS 1893 and IS 16700. |

| 16 | 3 D Visualization:- The scope of 3D visualization includes developing high-quality 3D views and a walkthrough video of approved interior and exterior designs based on final approved concept drawings and client-approved finishes. The objective is to provide an accurate representation of the proposed built environment to support stakeholder approvals. 3D views will cover all key spaces, such as lobbies, OPDs, wards, OTs, ICUs, waiting and administrative areas, exterior elevations, landscape zones, and site elements, modeled with realistic proportions, textures and materials as per the approved design intent. A 5 minute full HD walkthrough (1920×1080) will illustrate sequential spatial flow and design articulation with optional background music. Two rounds of client feedback are included for minor adjustments; major revisions beyond approved drawings will be treated as additional scope.
