The assumed bearing capacity of soil has been taken as 8 M.T./sqm proper ventilatter at top dome in cercular shape along with R.C.C cover ,piller of ventilater should be 50cm in dia .space beetwin top dome and rcc cover should be cover with mosquito net of standard quality along with expanded matellel jali. Water level indicator fabricated with good quality min. 45x45x6mm M.S. angle 6 mm flat and 3 mm thick M.S. sheet. The indicator board scale made of 3 mm thick M.S. plate should have a clear width of min. 25cm painted with good paint.It should also consist of 3 mm brass wire rope min. for smoth pulleys about 8 cm dia with guides , 15 cm dia copper ball flot which shall be com pletely water tight pointer of brass etc. Lightening conductor as per I.S.S. 2309, of its latest amendments of latest electricity rules. It should consist proper elevation rod with 5 or more fork points proper down conductors of prescribed metal of proper size prescribed by ISS 2309-1969 and ISS 3013-1966. C.I. manhole cover of min 60x60cm size made of M.S. channel section with adequate cover made of M.S. sheet of min 3 mm thickness hinged with manhole with locking arrangement. This manhole should be fixed top dome at proper place. Supply, fixing, jointing of following sizes of D.I. D/F pipes with D.I. D/F specials conforming to IS8329/2000 as vertical pipes for inlet 200mm., outlet 250mm, overflow 250mm, washout 100mm as per latest/ relevant I.S. specifications with all jointing materials for proper completion of work including other appurtenant works and excavation in all types of soil. Supply and fixing of following size manualy opprated valves with hand wheels as per ISS700/1969 or its latest amidments class A working pressure 10Kg/cm2 including cartage from its store to the site of work , lowering them into trenches fixing in position and testing different dia 4 Nos. D/F Sluice valve as per given in estimate .Construction of bed block in1:2:4 P.C.C with cement coarse sand and approved stone grit under each duck foot bend to support vertical pipe. these bed block should sported on the raft not on the soil.construction of sluice valve, washout /overflow chamber as per departmental type design and drawing. painting of all concrete surface and steelwork with three coats of approved cement paint and anticorresive paint. Supply and laying of 200mm dia pvc pipe as per IS 4985/2000 or as letest/relevant specification including all taxes and insurance etc. F.O.R destination for disposal of water from overflow and washout chamber to suitable point outside the water works compound incluiding excavation of trenches.Laying of pipe line etc. and complete soil testing with approved firms and details attached in schedule-G and Tender Document with proper direction given by engineer in charge |
