1Design, Construction, Testing and Commissioning of RCC OHT with architectural features of 0.50 lakh gallons capacity with single compartment and 17.00 meters staging height supported on rectangular/ square columns only on \\"Turn Key Basis\\" at Chappaki( Gher) including providing and fixing D.I pipeline fittings for inlet, outlet Scour and Overflow delivering up to 2.00 Meters away from R.C.C. outer columns of OHT, providing and fixing of all accessories such as lightening arrestor, Ultrasonic guage-water level indicator, R.C.C. stairs from ground level to tank floor level gallery along outside columns, gallery to top of dome and Aluminum Ladder inside the tank with side Aluminum, ventilating cowls, manhole covers with frame and M.S.railing for stairs and at roof flooring, vertical pipelines and standard pipe fitting etc. all complete. The top water container should be preferable cylindrical in shape, shaft for support shall not be permitted. The foundation, columns bearing etc. shall be designed and constructed with provision for the construction of a single storey building between the G.L.bracing and first bracing with R.C.C. roof slab and bricks walls for store accommodation. The Position of the bracing shall be so fixed that the height of floor is approximately 3.00 M and the top of ground level bracing is 0.60 M above general ground level to provide for plinth. The construction of such building is included in the turn-key job. Bearing capacity of the soil at the site shall also be got tested by the contractor through the approved vendor.
2Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavatedearth as directed:All kinds of soil.
3Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings excluding trenching and refilling etc. (external work) 100 mm dia (L)
4Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings excluding trenching and refilling etc. (external work) 80 mm dia (L)
5Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings excluding trenching and refilling etc. (external work) 65 mm dia (L)
6Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides offoundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.
