| 1 | S&F Turbo ventilator with base plate on rooftop with ventilator vanes of Industrial Hi-Grade 8011 H-14 aluminium, weight of 6.5kg +/- 0.2kg, ventilator top plate (dia 500mm +/-5mm) and bottom ring (dia 600mm +/- 15mm) of stainless steel (0.5mm thickness), having following dimensions Height - 410mm +/- 5mm, Centre Width - 735mm +/- 5mm, no. of vanes shall be 42 nos Die pressed with each vane of 0.5mm +/- 0.02mm thickness with 2 nos of bearings of 6001 ZZ permanently lubricated and sealed type. The base plate shall be of E-Glass chopped strand matt (thermosetting polyester resin with hardener (MEKP - AO-9%) and accelerator (Cobalt Octate - 3%)) with profile design customised as per site requirement as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge. Note: This item includes taking down of existing turboventilator and shall not be paid separately. |
