| 8 | Cont/-(vi) Contractor shall deploye at least 4 plumber (skilled tradesman) to attend daily complaints for rectification. Workmans shall report compaint cell of AGE E/M (Water Supply) daily at 8.30 AM to collect complaint and complete the complaint/rectification work by 5.30 PM. A penalty of Rs. 800/- per day- per complaint for not attending (absentee) shall be imposed and same shall be deducted / recovered from contractors dues/RARs.(vii) No extra payment of attendng complaints shall be admissibe to contractor.
