9Providing and fixing of expansion joint system of approved make and manufactures for various roof locations as per approved drawings and direction of Engineer-In Charge. The joints shall be of extruded aluminum base members with, self aligning and self centering arragement support plates asper ASTM B221-02. The system shall be such that it provides watertight roof to roof/roof to corner joint cover expansion control system that is capable of accommodating multidirectional seismic movement without stress to its components. System shall consist of metal profile that incorporates a universal aluminum base member designed to accommodate various project conditions and roof treatments. The cover plate shall be designed of width and thickness required to satisfy movement and loading requirements and secured to base members by utilizing manufacturer’s pre engineered self-centering arrangement that freely rotates / moves in all directions. The Self centering arrangement shall exhibit circular sphere ends that lock and slide inside the corresponding aluminum extrusion cavity to allow freedom of movement and flexure in all directions including vertical displacement. The Joint System shall resists damage or deterioration from the impact of falling ice, exposure to UV, airborne contaminants and occasional foot traffic from maintenance personnel. 11Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10mm and down gauge) including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design

13Making khurras 45x45 cm with average minimum thickness of 5 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) over P.V.C. sheet 1mx1mx400micron, finished with 12mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and a coat of neat cement rounding the edge sand making and finishing the outlet complete. (Ref:-12.22)
14Regrading terracing of mud phuska covered with tiles or brick, in cement by dismantling tiles or bricks, removing mud plaster preparing the surface of mud phaska to proper slope relaying mud plaster gobri leaping and tiles or bricks, grouted in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand ) including replacing unserviceable tiles or bricks with new ones and disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground (the cost of the new tiles or brick excluded) within 50 metres lead. . (Ref:-14.13)
15Providing and fixing APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick water proofing membrance, black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrance manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87 - 0.89 kg/ litre and viscocity 70 - 160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 350/300 N/ 5 cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacture of membrane.

17Removing of mortar/mud from bricks/tiles and cleaning bricks including stacking within a lead of 50 m (Stacks of cleaned bricks shall be measured) (Ref:-15.8.3)
18Dismantling old PCC(any Mix) gola, band, haunch etc. and cleaning the surface for making new surface at per site. Complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of the engineer in-charge. (Ref:-N.S.)
19Dismantling old plaster (12 to 25mm thickness wherever required) or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.( Ref:- N.S)
20Supply of F.P.S. class designation:10, of 40mm thick roof brick tiles of standard size as per I.S code. (Ref:-N.S.)
21Providing and laying 20mm thick cement plaster of mix :1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) to be mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer's specification. Complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge. ( Ref:- N.S)
22Labour for removing & refixing of water storage tanks including all fittings along temporary fittings and level. Complete in all respect to the entire saticification of the engineer in -charge.(Ref:-N.S.)
23Providing and laying Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 100 (average compressive strength not less than 105 kg per sq.cm.) in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :
