Any other components/hardware required to complete the panels but not mentioned here shall also be provided. Note: Both incomers should have mechanical interlock for proper & safe operation. The MCCB used for incomer feeder shall have short circuit, overload and earthfault protection and also shunt coil for ESD operation. The Bus Bar support shall be DMC/ SMC/Epoxy moulded. All equipment/components shall be mounted logically to have free access for maintenance, tightening of connections & visual inspection. All the metering equipment shall be Digital & mounted on the panel and size of meter shall be 96 mm x 96 mm. The Bus Bar shall be provided with heat shrunk PVC sleeves & all power terminals shall be stud type with properly shrouding to avoid accidental contact. Neoprene type gasket shall be provided at the doorof the panel. The enclosure of the Panel shall have IP52 degree of protection. 2 Nos earth terminal shall be provided at the Panel frame with extension link for earthing connections. Painting:The under surface shall be prepared by applying a coat of phosphate paint and coat of yellow zinc chromate primer. The under surface shall be made free from all imperfections before undertaking the finishing coat. 390Providing and fixing machine moulded aluminium covering of approved pattern & design, made out of machine cut aluminium sheet and machine holed for receiving dash fastener, over expansion joints on vertical surfaces/ceilings, the fixing on plate in one row on one side of joint only shall be done with stainless steel dash fasteners of 8 mm dia and 75 mm long bolt including providing aluminium washers 2 mm thick & 15 mm dia, at a staggered pitch of 200 mm centre to centre including drilling holes in the receiving surface and expandable plastic sleeves in holes etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
391ii) Powder coated aluminium sheet 2.5mm thick (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)
392Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade with two or more coats over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.
393CABLING AND ALLIED WORKS - ARMOURED CABLES Supply & laying of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed aluminium/copper conductor, 1.1 kV grade armoured cable conforming to IS:7098, as per approved make in ground/ trench/surface/pipe, etc. whereever required as per direction of Engineer In-charge. Note: The rate of Installation should be inclusive of Cable clamps, tags Saddles, Consumables etc. Trays/pipes, trenches, fabricated tray supports etc will be covered & paid in Separate Items
394iv) 3 Core x 2.5 sq. mm Copper Cable FRLS
395Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables etc including excavation for sockets & dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms,depth upto 1.5m including taking out excavated soil & then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing surplus excavated soil as directed, within or outside site at unobjectionable place in all kinds of soil
396i) Pipes,cables etc. not exceeding 80mm dia
397CABLE TERMINATION GLANDS NON-FLP HEAVY DUTY DOUBLE COMPRESSION Cable Termination (NON FLP): Providing termination of 1.1 kV grade armoured cable for the following sizes including supply of NON FLP heavy duty Double Compresson cable glands, crimping type lugs and allied jointing materials, etc. all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer In-charge. Glands and lugs shall be of approved make. Copper lugs for copper cables and aluminium lugs for aluminium cables shall be used.

399Supply & Fixing of Weatherproof (IP-65) Thermoplastic Cable Junction Box with terminal block fitted inside the box suitable for following cable sizes.
400i) for 2.5 sq.mm. cable entry size with 9 terminals
401Supplying and fixing of following MCBs with necessery inter connections on existing DB, Panel board etc.
402ii) Upto 32A DP MCB
403Supply and Fixing of Discrete LED (Light Emitting Diode) Tube lights of 18 Watt, having IP65 protection class with Pressure Die Cast Aluminium housing & with Polycarbonate diffuser of approved make or equivalent as per direction of Engineer in charge. The LED shall be operating under voltage range of 140-270V with power factor more than 0.9. CCT(Correlated Colour temperature) shall be 5700 Kelvin (5665 K +/- 355 K), CRI (Colour rendering index) not less than 65. LED efficacy should be minimum 100 lumens/watt. The driver shall be of constant volt & constant current type with internal surge protection. Each lot of Fittings shall have serial numbers and accompany LM79 / IS 16106 test reports and reference/batch nos of LEDs and fittings for verification at site. The supply of LED lighting shall be covered by a warranty of at least 72 months from the date of supply of the lighting and the LED light fitting shall be complete in all respects including LED, LED Driver, Electronic circuitory, Luminarie etc. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
