Prepare contour maps with 0.5m interval, indicating existing ground levels, slopes, drains, manholes, permanent structure like lamp posts, trees etc. Identify and map all existing utilities (water lines, sewer lines, electrical cables, telecom ducts, etc.) at entire area of proposed road with Survey and documentation of existing road geometry, carriageway, footpaths, medians, service road and traffic islands. Provide digital survey data in Auto CAD and PDF format of required size including coordinates, benchmarks, and site photographs complete all as per scope of work. |
| 2 | PREPARATION OF CONCEPTUAL / PRELIMINARY ARCHITECTURAL AND BEAUTIFICATION DRAWING AND DETAILED ARCHITECTURAL AND BEAUTIFI-CATION DRAWING 1. Preparation of Conceptual/Preliminary Architectural and beautification Drawings including layout plan, elevation, section 3D Drawings, Walkthrough video etc. making presentation by the consultant before authority for approval as and when required. 2. Preparation of detailed architectural and beautification working drawings for the approved concept including Site Plan showing the said location, approach roads, landscap-ing, street lighting and decorative illumination, central verge in view of traffic safety, footpath and barrier free assess, Street Furniture (benches, bollards, bins, etc.) signage loca-tions, Elevations, Section, material specifications, Founda-tion plan, plinth details, connection details Services Integra-tion with Lighting, electrical conduits, drainage provisions. Submission of Detailed Architectural Drawings in AUTO-CAD and PDF format of required size in 4 Nos. sets (both in soft & hard copy) after approval of architectural drawings. |
| 3 | PREPARATION OF DETAILED STRUCTURAL DRAW-INGS INCLUDING VETTING AND DETAILED ESTI-MATE1. Develop complete structural design of all structural ele-ments of approved conceptual proposals like central verge/ crash barrier, drain, service utility duct, overhead gantry signage board etc based on architectural drawings. Load calculations (dead, live, wind, seismic as per IS 875 & 1893), Foundation design (isolated/combined footings or pile foundation), Structural frame analysis (using STAAD Pro/ETABS). Prepare detailed structural drawings: General arrangement drawings, Foundation drawings with rein-forcement details, Structural steel fabrication drawings (if applicable), Arrange third-party vetting from Government engineering college of repute (e.g., IIT Delhi, DTU, NIT Del-hi), Submission of complete design calculations and draw-ings, Incorporation of vetting comments into final drawings.2.
