1Supply fitting and fixing 35mm thick solid core type non-decorative single leaf flush door and windows with black board core banded with high quality phenol formaldehydes synthetic resin both side commercial veneered of standard make with oxidized iron fittings such as hinges, sliding door bolts tower bolts, handles or rings hooks and eyes, cleats sand block as per schedule taxes and royalty all complete as per building and direction of E/I.
2Providing and fixing fly proof stainless steel grade 304 wire gauge, to windows and clerestory windows using wire gauge with average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia.0.50 mm all complete
3Providing 12mm cement plaster (1:3) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.
4Dismantling old plaster and pointing in cement or lime and raking out joints to 15mm depth, watering and disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads all complete as per direction of E/I.
5Providing 12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per specification and direction of E/I.
6Providing 1.5mm cement punning including curing, carraige of water with all leads and lifts as per building specification and direction of E/I.
7Removal of old tarfelt and disposal of debris with all leads complete job as per direction of E/I.
8Providing 12mm thick water proof cement plaster (1:3) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 with 5% cico or any other approved water proofing compound including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.
9Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/ litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc, and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 650/ 450N/ 5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane :
10Extra for cleaning the old surface by scrapping the entire old white wash or colour wash including cost of scaffolding all complete as per direction of E/I.
11Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surfaceto prepare the surface even and smooth complete.
12Providing two coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved shade and make over old surface including washing cleaning and preparing the walls scaffolding washing of floor and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.
13Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm)
14Providing two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and make over old wooden surface including cleaning the surface after removing dirt including scales smokes, grease and sand papering including cost of scaffolding and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.
15Providing two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and make over steel surface including cleaning the surface thoroughly cost of scaffolding and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.
16Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50metres lead.
17Providing and laying 6mm precast white glazed tiles in walls over 12mm cement mortar (1:3) and jointed with grey cement slurry flush pointing with white cement including rubbing, polishing and cost of curring taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction and E/I. With commercial grade colour 15X15cm Tiles.
18Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm(thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conformingto IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey,Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4Coarse sand), including pointing the joints with white cement and matchingpigment etc, complete.
19Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS:13592 Type A, including jointing with sea; ring conforming to IS:5382, leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion, Single socketed pipes 110 mm Rain water pipe
