Note : (a) The work will be carried out on complaint basis, day to day as recorded by the users in complaint resister. The contractor /rep of the contractor willo collect the complaint slip from B&R complaint cell in GE Lekhapani office by 9.00 AM and submit the complaints report of the same each by 1730 hrs after rectification, failing which penal recovery @ Rs 100.00 per complaint will be recovered from contractor's dues.(b) Urgent mainpower for removal of blokage of any type, may be required to be provided by the contractor in day or night (on sunday or holiday) on a short notice. If the contractor fails to provide mainpower for the specific work, mainpower for the same work will be hired from any other source for that urgent job by the dipartment and shall be paid in fully by the contractor without any extra cost to the department. |
| 12 | M&L for removing blockage from water closet (Indian or European type), Urinals, WHBs, gully traps, etc including getting out solid/liquid/foreign matters, mud deposited their and removing the same inb the hygienic manner outside MoD land to make the sweage waste/sludge waste flow free up to first manhole. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note :(a) Urgent mainpower for removal of blokage of any type, may be required to be provided by the contractor in day or night (on sunday or holiday) on a short notice.
