6Supply and fix for rolled mild steel work in roof trusses (framed) trussed, purlins crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. conforming to grade Fe 410- W (Gde-E-250 quality A), complete all as specified and directed.
7Supply and fix for rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates and similar work conforming to grade Fe 410- W (Gde-E-250 quality A), complete all as specified and directed.
8Dismantling chain link fencing wiremesh any type, complete all as specified and directed.
9Dismantling posts or struts (steel or RCC) any section embedded in concrete, brick work etc. including taking out embedded portion complete all as specified and or/ as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

11Supply and fix angle iron with swan neck as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc, hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
12Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
13Supply only chain link MS galvanised wire chain link fencing square mesh of any size made out of any size wire, complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
14Supply and fix mild steel screw bolt 5 to 10 mm dia (machine made) with hexagonal head at one end and screwed the other, screwed end to be fitted with one washer and hexagonal nut length exc. 5cm but not exc. 10 cm long, complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
15Supply and fix in repairs galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbed at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (each line of wire to be measured).
16Material and labour for preparation of new/ previous untreated steel surface of any description over 10 cm grith or width, not otherwise described with one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer followed by two coats of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
17Material and labour PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, benching, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
18Taking down existing water proofing treatment including cement plaster and cleaning with wire brushes roughening the surface and hacking out dirt, where directed and disposal of rubbish to a distance not exc. 100 m from the site.
19Material and labour for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in padding on roof top finishing even and smooth without using extra cement to proper slope including mixing WPC as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and as directed.Note : WPC to be measured and paid separately.
20Material and labour for rendering 5 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC to be measured and paid separately.
21Material and labour for priming surfaces and applying normal treatment (for moderate condition) for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforcement with polyster non woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) and applying two coats of aluminium paint on top of membrane, complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
22Supply only Integral water proofing compound.
23Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in alternate bay as in plinth protection 1.20 sqm each, 12 mm wide and 5 cms deep joints shall be formed between the bays and shall be filled with mastic filling comprising a mixture of one part of heated blown bitumen VG-10 and two parts of heated coarse sand (by volume) all as specified. Note : The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved).
24Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing demolished material to a distance not exc 100 m from the site, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
