| 1 | Taking down existing unserviceable geysers of any make and capacity carefully and transporting to MES E/M yard, dismantling the same for inspection, taking out all unserviceable and burnt spare parts, de-scaling and cleaning of tank thoroughly with washing compound or liquid solution, transporting back and re-fixed in the original position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note:- (i) Spare parts shall be measured and paid for separately at S&F rates under respective item of Schedule 'A', however minor items which are not catered in this schedule, the cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate of the item.(ii) The contractor or his authorised representative shall report to E/M complaint cell at 8.30 Hrs on all working days to collect the complaint/Job slips and shall deposit the same after completion of the job duly signed by the users. (iii) Repair works to geysers shall be carried out at workshop in E/M yard.(v) Old unserviceable (BER) geysers requiring replacement shall be deposited to E/M storeyard. |
