Name of Work:- Demolition of Fire Substation U-III (bldg. no.53) in factory area at OFDR.
Sl. No. Item Description
1Demolition brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry bulit in Cement mortar, all as specified in SSR Part I & as directed by EIC.
2Demolition of Roofs, floors ( other than ground floors ) beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work, all as specified in SSR Part I & as directed by EIC.
3Dismantling water tanks and removing to store (capacity in exc 1000 & n exc 2000 liters), all as specified in SSR Part I & as directed by EIC.
4Separating, scraping and cleaning of reinforcement (Demolition of concrete measured separately), all as specified in SSR Part I & as directed by EIC.
5Dismantling structural steel work in cluding doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc., all as specified in SSR Part I & as directed by EIC.
6Removing building materials etc. ( other than spoil payable under items -Earthwork) to a distance of 1Km, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading & stacking at the destination,all as specified in SSR Part I & as directed by EIC.
