Gas Limited, for the period of 03 years - GROUP (A) - KANPUR & UNNAO Bid Document No: CUGL/C&P/TEN2627/19 Name of the Bidder/ Bidding Firm / Company : NOTE:(This BOQ template must not be modified/replaced by the bidder and the same should be uploaded after filling the relevant columns, else the bidder is liable to be rejected for this tender. Bidders are allowed to enter the Bidder Name and Values only)1. Bidders are required to quote only a single positive value towards service charge in terms of rupees. Further, the service charges should be a positive rupees. If bidder quotes “Nil/Zero” service charges the bid shall be treated as unresponsive and will not be considered.2. Indicative payment mentioned in SOR may change at the direction of CUGL. However, service charges quoted by the bidder to remain same for entire period of contract.3. The value of contract may increase during currency of the contract depending upon revision of minimum wages & as per the requirement of the company.4. The quantity of various categories of services shown in the Scope of work are indicative which is liable to change. The actual services obtained by the owner as per requirement from time to time and for any increase or decrease in the services/number of personnel, the payment shall be made as per SOR on pro-rata basis inclusive of service charges.5. Bidder is required to compulsory quote for all SOR items . Incomplete SOR shall not be considered for evaluation and bid shall be rejected.6. The bidder shall read these SOR (s) in conjunction with the Scope of Work detailed in this Bid Document and quote accordingly.7. Bidder to mandatory quote the GST applicable above, the evaluation of the price bid shall be done accordingly (inclusive of GST).8. In case the bidder does not indicate/quote the rate & amount of applicable taxes in the SOR or makes any other statement (e.g., \\"NIL\\" \\"Inclusive\\", Kept as Blank\\", \\"Extra at actual\\" etc.), their quoted price shall be considered inclusie of all applicable GST.
