Name of Work:- Conservation of waterbodies.Sub Head:- Laying of RCC pipe, c/o rain shelter & other misc. works at waterbody (khasra No.105) at Village Rangpuri, waterbody (khasra no 524) Mahipalpur and waterbody (khasra no 437) Ghitorni.

1Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. (a)all kinds of soil.
2Excavating trenches by mechinical / manual means of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, for all depth, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m : All kinds of soil, (a) Pipes, cables etc. exceeding 300 mm dia but not exceeding 600 mm.
3Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : (a)1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-lll) including manufactured sand derived from Recycled Concrete aggregate (RCA) upto 25% : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size including Recycled Concrete Aggregate (RCA) upto 25%)
4Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : (a) 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 manufactured sand derived from Recycled Concrete Aggregate (RCA) : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size Recycled Aggregate (RA) )
5Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: a) Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform.
6Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: a) Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)
7Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of classb designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :(a) Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

11Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(a) In cement mortar
12Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.
13Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
14Dry stone pitching 22.5 cm thick including supply of stones and preparing surface complete.
15Providing and laying 60 mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
16Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
17Laying old cement cocrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost).
18Constructing brick masonry road gully chamber 110x50x77.5 cm with bricks in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including 500x450 mm precast R.C.C. horizontal grating with frame and vertical grating complete as per standard design : (a) With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5
19Providing and laying Non Pressure NP-3 class (Medium duty) R.C.C. pipes including collars/spigot jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete (1) 450 mm dia RCC pipes.
20Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 and for all lift.
21Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in- equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m. (a) All kinds of soil.
22Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.
23Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture per letter
24Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. (a) Hot finished welded type tubes
25Stone work (machine cut edges) for wall lining etc. (veneer work) upto 10 metre height, backing filled with a grout of average 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade : (To be secured to the backing and the sides by means of cramps and pins which shall be paid for separately) : Red sand stone - exposed face fine dressed with rough backing. (a) 30 mm thick
26Providing, erecting, laying and fixing in position in 3.5 to 4 mm thick bamboo mat corrugated sheet (BMCS) as per IS: 15476-2004 in roofing with self drilling screws along with EPDM washers complete or with galvanized iron J or L hooks 8 mm dia G.I. plain and bitumen washers etc, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
27Providing and fixing in position ridges of 3.5 to 4 mm thick bamboo mat ridge cap (BMRC) as per IS: 15476-2004 in roofing with self drilling screws along with EPDM washers complete or with galvanized iron J or L hooks 8 mm dia G.I. plain and bitumen washers etc, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
