| 1 | Cleaning of Storm water drains in all depths and width 0.60m to 1.00m including removal of debris/ rubbish and disposal of the same in all leads and lifts filling in low lying areas and levelling complete in the depot premises as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and the drain to be kept clean during the period of monsoon. |
| 2 | Cleaning of Service drains around godowns in all depths and width 0.30m including removal of debris/ rubbish and disposal of the same in all leads and lifts filling in low lying areas and levelling complete in the depot premises as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and the drain to be kept clean during the period of monsoon. |
| 3 | Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. |
