6[11.69.2]Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content. 2. With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre.
7[11.73.1]Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer`s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete. 1. On steel work.
8[11.95.1]Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : 1. New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).
9[12.157.1.1]Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, panelling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : 1.1. For fixed portion Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15).
10[12.159.2]Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): 2. With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm).
11[12.169.1]Filling the gap in between aluminium frame and adjacent RCC/ Brick/ Stone work by providing weather silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete. 1. Up to 5mm depth and 5 mm width.
12[13.6.1]Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. 1. Using M.S. angels 40x40x6 mm for diagonal braces.
13[30.21]Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

15[31.7.1]Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. 1. 12 mm average thickness.
16[34.29.2]GI barbed wire fencing 2. G.I Barbed Wire Fencing 1.8 Metre High Providing and fixing 1.8 metres high GI barbed wire fencing with 2.4 m angle iron posts 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm placed every 3 metres centre to centre founded in M15 grade cement concrete, 0.6 metre below ground level, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with 12 horizontal lines and 2 diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, fixed with GI staples, turn buckles etc complete as per clause 807.
17[4.12.1]Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 1. All kinds of soil.
18[4.2]Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.
19[4.33]Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport up to a lead of 1 km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete.
