Name of Work:- Providing PVC tanks at Ground & Overhead PVC Tanks near the Type II Staff Quarters (New Block) and connecting to the existing pipe line for Drinking Water Supply in Mannarpuram and other Minor Repair works in S/Q No. 6,12&148 in P&T Colony, Trichy.(Re-Call).

8Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III)derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal sizederived from natural sources).

14Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of R.C.C. work with 6 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 P sand).
15Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 5 in foundation and plinth in:

17Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately).

63Attending repairs to khurras by cleaning the debris accumulated in the RWP region, removing the vegetative growth completely including the roots by chipping the brick wall wherever required, applying acid to create unfavourable conditions to the roots to bud up etc complete. After removal of roots the RWP is to be relaid in right alignment and alround is to be packed water tight with cement mortar and water proofing compound. Also the top surface is to be neatly finished with floating coat having proper slope to drain the rain water. All operations to be executed as per the directions of Engineer-in charge.
64Cutting the tree branches those are close to the building, touching the buildings and extending over the terrace including disposal of the same as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

67Cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

69Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respect.

71Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note: Measurement and payment: The pre-measurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed and Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument and/or the 75mm size cube crushing strength at the end of 28 days to be not less than 30 N/Sqmm2).
