88Providing, laying and fixing of GI tank nipple as the inlet / outlet pipes in RCC water tank including cost of necessary plain and brass threaded fittings & fixtures by grouting the same with cement concrete 1:1.5:3 using 10mm stome chip to ensure that the fitting is waterleak free , sealing the surrounding contact surface between the tank nipple and RCC water tank with waterproofing compound suitable for use in potable water storage, including the cost of necessary formwork, including all costs of fitting charges, curing, shuttering, transpotation charges, carriage of materials, taxes etc.. The job also includes carefuly dismantling of the existing GI tank nipple and stacking the same as directed by engineer-incharge.: GI tank nipple 25mm diameter x 600mm long

90Providing bamboo scaffolding to the required safety standard for installation / dismantling of pipelines on the walls upto fourth floor of the building. The uprights / ledgers/ bracings of scaffolding should be made from 50mm diameter fresh / green bamboos which are free from any defects and shall be tied with coir ropes as per standard practice. The horizontal ledgers shall be placed at a distance not more than 1 meter apart and the uprights shall be placed not more than 2 meter apart. Full body safety belts with high strength lifeline rope and safety helmet shall be provided to the workers. The elevational area of the scaffold shall be measured for payment purpose and the payment shall be made only once irrespective of the duration of the scaffolding.
91Providing and making temporary water arrangement from nearby water tanks to residential flats during the work with 40mm diameter Reinforced Rubber Lined (RRL) flexible Fire Hose pipe of suitable length (teflon coated), BIS mark, with coupling including opening the same after restoration of normal water supply to the quaters from the designated water tank.

Rates quoted shall be excluding the amount of EPFO and ESIC contributions.
