| 1 | Providing, jointing, laying, testing and commissioning of HDPE PE- 100/PN-6 (suitable for pulling method for jointing) pipes for sewer line as per IS-14333 (amended upto date) with compliance for maintaining slope as per design by trenchless adopting HDD method (Horizontal Directional Drilling) below ground at all depth including carriage etc. complete in all respect, construction of thrust pit and receiving pit of required size upto 3 metre depth and soil investigation, making suitable arrangement for barricading of pits, traffic diversion, lights, traffic permission from relevant authority (though department will assist in getting the permission), refilling of pits in compacted layers of 150 mm including disposal of surplus material with all lift and lead upto 50 metre as per specification and the direction of the Engineer. Note-1 Length of pipe shall be measured in between the outer wall of two manholes / Inspection chambers, Pipe in the manhole/inspection chamber’s wall shall deemed to be included in the item of manhole/inspection chamber shall not be payable. | 6 | Design, construction, erection, testing and commissioning of MPS and following components: b) RCC Inlet chamber, screening chamber, collecting tank, wet well sump suitable for 4.50 MLD average flow with peak factor 3 including providing and installing 5 No. non clog sewage submersible pump set i.e. 1 No. of 9400 LPM, 2 No. 3200 LPM and 2 No of 1600 LPM ( 1 No. 55 BHP , 2 No. 20 BHP, 2 No. 10 BHP ) having minimum head of 15.00 m. equipped with suitable LT panel board, all safety devices automatic capacitor bank and suitable size submersible cable complete in all respect as per approved NIT. c) K9 DI pipes of suitable dia at MPS including welding and screwing of flanges, ISI marked DI fittings, sluice valves, non returning valves as perrequirements even for bye-pass arrangements complete in all respects as per approved NIT. d) 3 No. Cl Gear operated sluice gate with SS spindle (SS 410) and seats (SS304) (2Nos. for screen and 1 No. for partition of collecting tank) as per design complete in all respect as per approved NIT. e) Supply and installation of 2 Nos. mechanical coarse screens suitable for 4.50 MLD average flow with peak factor of 3.0 complete in all respects as per approved NIT: f) All the infrastructure except construction of staff quarter, boundary wall and worked covered under schedule-1A ( HSR-items ) and path ways/roads required to be executed at site to make the MPS functional is included in the scope of work for lumpsump job complete in all respects as per approved NIT. g) Allthe pumping machinery, panel board, Level sensor etc. h) Railing , Stair SS , Guide Pipe , Specials plus SV shall be controlled by PLC and SCADA and shall be synchronized with PLC panels at MPS and STP site through broadband internet facility. h) The size and quantities of all the above components will be as per approved structural/ Hydraulic/ Mechanical/ Electrical design to be approved by department before actualexecution of work complete in all respects as per approved NIT |
