1Providing, hoisting and fixing above plinth level up to floor five level precast reinforced cement concrete work in string courses, bands, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks, plain window sills and the like, including the cost of required centering, shuttering but, excluding cost of reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).
2Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.
3a)Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.
4Brick work with non modular fly ash bricks conforming to IS:12894, class designation 10 average compressive strength in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level in :
5a)Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 Coarse sand)
6Half brick masonry with non modular fly ash bricks of class designation 10, conforming to IS :12894, in super structure above plinth and upto floor V level.
7a)Cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)
8Extra for providing and placing in position 2 No 6mm dia. M.S. bars at every third course of half brick masonry.3rd course of half brick masonry.
9Providing and fixing ISI marked aluminium butt hinges anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS: 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete:

15Providing & Fixing decorative high pressure laminated sheet of plain / wood grain in gloss / matt / suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS : 2046 Type S, including cost of adhesive of approved quality.

17Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, levelling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily.

20Deduct for not using 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4coarse sand) bedding in laying of floor tiles and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm
21Fixing glazed/ Ceramic/ Vitrified floor tiles with cement based high polymer modified quick-set tile adhesive (Water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 3mm thickness.
22Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27 mm and 37 mm, at 1200 mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm dia x 50 mm long with 6 mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50 mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels 45x15x0.9 mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm centre to centre, to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80 mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5 mm, at 450 mm centre to centre,
23shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64 mm dia x 230 mm long G.I. wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5 mm thick 27 mm high having flanges of 20 mm and 30 mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre, with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval, including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x 25 mm at 230 mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound , jointing tapes , finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150 mm on both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board, all as per manufacturer's specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cut-outs made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge but excluding the cost of painting with :
2412.5 mm thick tapered edge gypsum plain board conforming to IS: 2095- (Part I) : 2011 (Board with BIS certification marks)
2512 mm cement plaster of mix :
26a)1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)
2715 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :
28a)1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)
29Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.
30Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.
31a)Two coats.
32b)One coat.
33Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content.
34a)With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre.
35Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :
36a)Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface).
37Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground , all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.
38a)With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).
39Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, panelling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :

41i)Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)
42b)For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately).
43i)Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)
44Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge. (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):
45a)With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm)
46Supplying and installation of moisture resistant/fire resistant cement board as per standard sizes fixed with self-drilling / taping screws. Screws shall be of counter sunk rib head of 1.60mm to 4 mm thick or 8 to 10 gauge of length varying from 25 to 45 mm.
47a)Cement Bonded particle board 8 mm thick (Termite, Fire & Moisture Resistance), as per IS:14276 : 1995
48Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum/cement asbestos/other hard board partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling with frame work including stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead and disposal of unserviceable material to dumping yard as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
49Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 gram/ litre, of approved brand and of required shade and colour complete to give and even shade.
50a)Old work (one or more coats)
51Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :
52a)Two or more coats on new work.
53Dismantling damaged wooden flooring and cleaning CC flooring with solvent to remove the adhesive and disposal of damaged wooden flooring etc., complete all as per the directions of Engineer in charge.
54Taking out SECOLAR MS windows with frame and making good the walls with cement mortar 1;6/concrete 1:2:4 etc. wherever required as directed by Engineer-in- charge. (Area of window is measured for payment)
55Removing and refixing the existing conference tables (seven rows and one center table) by dismembering them properly and numbering the same, placing them in a chronological order in safe place and reassembling the tables after laying the flooring in the conference hall etc. all complete as per the directions of Engineer in charge. (removing and refixing of conference hall tables will be measured as one job). Any new material/fittings used as per written directions of engineer in charge shall be paid separately.
56Providing and fixing of sun control film over glass windows with out any bubbling over the surface and making surface good etc. all complete as per the directions of Engineer in charge.
57Providing and fixing latch type handle in aluminium window shutters of high-quality aluminium and durable plastic for arranging locking arrangement for the movable shutters of required colour or shade with nuts and screws etc. complete : .(a)75 mm
58Providing and fixing manual chain operated roller blinds (block out) including decorative cassette/pelmet made of aluminium with plain bottom rail having flame resistant, dust and dirt repellent fabric weight minimum 350 GSM and construction with composition of polyester/cotton along with all hardware as per manufacturer's specifications and as per the directions of Engineer in charge. (width and length of fabric including pelmet/cassette height in open condition is measured for payment )
59Repairs to the existing Aluminium/PVC/Wooden doors/windows by removing and refixing the same after attending necessary repairs etc. with necessary screws, nails, hinges etc. wherever required complete to make it working condition (Each door/window irrespective of size will be measured for payment. cost of new Hinges, handles and other accessories if any shall be paid separately).
