Note: -(i) The rate quoted by the contractor is for 06 nos of sewage labours per day (iI) All the tools and plants and other allied arrangement for making sewage line functional will be provided by the contractor with out any extra cost to the DEPARTMENT and cost shall be deemed to be included with quoted unit rate.iiI) The details of safaiwala shall be submitted by the contractor to GE through Engineer-in-Charge, Name, Father's Name ,full address with pass port size photo and insurance of employess (Safaiwala) within 15 days commencement of work along with insurance from Govt Agency.(iiv) Contractor shall deploy 06 numbers of sewage labour from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs at AGE B/R IV Sub division on all working days (except Sunday and Gazetted Holidays) (v) Sewage labour will attend day to day complaint received from user through daily basis complaint slip as well as online complaint (urgent basis) on the same day and in case of non deployment of sewage labour, recovery @Rs 900/ day shall be made from the contractor complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-charge. |
