| 1 | Supply, assembly and erection in repair of GI sheet with rectangular/square duct made out of L shapped hollow profile, duly site fabricated boxed, incl all accessories such as corner, cleat, carraige bolt, gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joint etc including all any other necessary complete fixing / installation any height / down location or as per existing location of the following size :- |
| 2 | GI Ducting size 24 Gauge, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 3 | GI Ducting size 18 Gauge, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 4 | Material and labour in repair for duct insulation with resin bonded fibre glass wool roll of density 24 Kg/Cum, with factory laminated aluminium vapour barrier, thickness of insulation 50 mm all as specified and including the following :-(a) Material and labour for cleaning the duct surface (to be insulated) by scrapping carefully with wire brush etc. to make the surface completely free of milllscale, dirt, dust, grease and other foreign materials, taking special care so that all duct joints are sealed against any leakage.(b) Material and labour for applying rubber based adhesive CPRX compound.(c) Material and labour for sealing of all longitudinal joints and circular overlaps with and including aluminium foil tape 50 mm wide, to make the insulation leakproof. (d) Material and labour for securing the insulation with and including mechanically fastened nylon / steel straps of size 12 mm / 50 mm at maximum intervals of 1.2 mtr. |
| 5 | Sealing of air leakage points in duct area / Duct joints using sealant , tape or mastic to improve airflow efficiency, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 6 | Supply, installation of Mild steel angle or chanel supports for duct hanging / Chilled and Hot water pipe line and structural support including cutting , welding and painting, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 7 | Supply and fixing in replacement of threaded rod suspension supports with nuts, bolts and anchors for hanging ducts of suitable size or as per site requirement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 8 | Supply and fixing in replacement of Anti-vibration rubber pads used below HVAC requipment to reduce vibration and noise transmission or as per site requirement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 9 | Supply and installation in replacement of adjustable dampers inside ducts to regulate and balance air flow in HVAC System or as per site requirments, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 10 | Suppy and fixing/installation in replacement of fire-retardant dampers installed in ducts to prevent spread of fire and smole through HVAC system alongwith all connected items or as site requirement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 11 | Supply and fixing of Powder - coated aluminium air grills for supply and return air distribution with proper frame and fixing arrangement as per site condition or as per existing size, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 12 | Supply and installation of Aluminium louvers installed for intake of fresh air while preventing dust and rain entry all as per existing, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 13 | Supply, and fixing of 19mm thickness closed cell nitrile sheet ( class \\"O\\") insulation duly laminated aluminium foil of mat finished on duct after applying two coats of cold setting adhesive complete required, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
