3Careful dismantling of damaged/cracked CR masonry wall and stacking useful materials for reuse and disposal of debris away from the site etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge
4Erection of new granite stone pillars, capitals, stone beams and roof slabs for Vinayaka swami sub shrine and pointing stone joints in Lime mortar (1:2) Including cost, conveyance of all materials, labour charges, GST and other applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge
5Careful dismantling of bulged out stone masonry Prakara wall of temple and stacking useful materials for reuse and disposal of debris away from the site etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge
6Reconstruction of Prakara wall with granite stone masonry (Veneering) (60% available and 40% new for missing portion) in lime mortar (1:2) and pointing the wall. Including cost, conveyance of all materials, labour charges, GST and other applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge
7Core filling in between the restored veneer walls with brick jelly concrete using 20-40mm brick aggregate in Lime Mortar (1:2) Including cost, conveyance of all materials, labour charges, GST and other applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge
8Providing coping over the reconstructed prakara wall with brick jelly concrete using 20-40mm brick aggregate in Lime Mortar (1:2) Including cost, conveyance of all materials, labour charges, GST and all other applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge
9Providing plastering to the exposed roof brick portion of Veerabhadra swami sub shrine in Lime mortar (1:2) Including cost, conveyance of all materials, labour charges, GST and all other applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge
10Careful removal of deposited debris mixed with Veneering stones and stone boulders and careful sorting and stacking of useful stone blocks Including conveyance of all materials, labour charges, GST and all other applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge
11Providing Apron all around the Koneru to prevent the ingress of rain water using neaily dressed new granite stones of sizes varying from 90 to120cm of length, 45 to 60cm of width with a thickness not less than 10cm over a bed of brick jelly lime concrete (1:2:4) of 100mm thick and pointing the joints with Lime mortar (1:2) and curing etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge
12Providing Gl pipe railing around Koneru of the temple complex with vertical post of 50 mm. Dia 1.50 m Height and horizontal pipes of 32mm dia of three rows each and fixing them to the vertical posts by welding and fixing the vertical pipes in CC (1:3:6) bed of 0.30x0.30x0.45 mts. at every 2.00mts intervals and providing painting to the railing etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge
13Providing new roof slabs of thickness not less than 15cm for the store room located inside the temple complex Including cost, conveyance of all materials, labour charges, GST and other applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge
14Providing water tightening the roof with brick jelly lime concrete to an average depth of 20 cm with proper slope including ramming, consolidating by using necessary adhesive materials etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge.
15Providing 20mm thick plastering over the brick jelly lime concrete of terrace with Lime mortar (1:2) Including cost, conveyance, loading and unloading of all materials, labour charges, GST and other applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge
16Removal of existing undulated stone flooring inside the temple complex and, stacking the 16 stone blocks for relaying, Including conveyance of all materials, labour charges, GST and other applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge
17Earth work excavation for providing proper drainage abhisheka water which are now stagnating at the soma sutra out let and also rain water and disposing the surplus earth away from the monument etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge
18Laying of PCC (1:2:4) as concrete bed along the drain throughout the length with proper gradient. Including cost, conveyance, loading and unloading of material and labour charges etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge
19Construction of brick masonry in Cement mortar (1:4) for Drain walls. Including cost, conveyance 19 of all materials, labour charges, laying and curing charges and also include GST and other applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge
20Providing 12mm thick plastering to the drain wall and concrete bed in Cement mortar (1:4) Including cost, conveyance of all materials, labour charges and also include GST and all other applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge
21Relaying the dismantled granite flooring stone slabs with proper gradient (towards the collection chambers) over a bed of brick jelly lime concrete (1:2:4) of average 100mm thick and pointing the joints with Lime mortar (1:2) etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge
22Providing the collection points/inspection chambers with MS grill of size 0.60x0.60m at regular intervals of drain to collect the rain water and for frequent inspection and cleaning of drain etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge
23Careful core drilling the Prakara wall to pass the drain pipe from inside to outside of the temple complex (with wall width of 1.20m) without damaging the adjoin structure including conveyance of all materials, labour charges, GST and other applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge
24Laying the drain pipes with proper gradient to carry the water from soma sutra outlet and also the collected rain water from collection chambers to outside the temple complex etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge
25Resetting the disturbed Adhi Stana portion of mandapa of Bheema Rayudu sub shrine including careful removal of loose veneering stones and resetting them in lime mortar (1:2) etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge
26Resetting the disturbed and undulated flooring of mandapa adjacent to both sides of Bheema Rayudu sub shrine with 60% old available stones and with 40% new dressed granite stones of sizes varying from 90 to120cm of length, 45 to 60cm of width with a thickness not less than 10cm over a bed of brick jelly lime concrete (1:2:4) of 100mm thick and pointing the joints with Lime mortar (1:2) and curing etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge
27Construction of CR masonry wall in Lime mortar (1:2) Including cost, conveyance of all materials, labour charges, GST and other applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge
28Supply and fixing of location and direction sign boards and monument name boards of Size 4'x3', made with Vertical posts = 2 no.s 65x65x6 mm MS L. angles, Frame 40x40x4mm MS L angles, Board= 4mm ACP Sheet and letters cut and fixed in 2 layers of 3M retro high reflective radium sheet (as per approved colour and text) and riveting the board to the frame through SS Rivets. Including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, cutting into required sizes, conveyance, Welding, painting to the sign post and frame with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a primary coat of red oxide, Fixing the sign posts in 2 nos PCC (1:2:4) blocks of size (0.45x0.45x0.60m) including cost, conveyance of all materials, labour charges, GST and all other applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge
29Removal of dumped waste and desilting the ancient well In front of the temple to make it functional. Including conveyance of all materials, labour charges, GST and all other applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge
30Providing grill gate with mesh with lock and key mechanism to the opening of the well, for safety of visitors and for preventing dumping of waste into the well Including cost, conveyance of all materials, labour charges, GST and all other applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge
