Runners to be placed at a C/C distance of not less than 23 cm. 4) Layer - 4: Providing and fixing teak wood of grade A in flooring having min. thickness of 20mm, min. width of 50mm, fixed over runners using SS screws from sides at the distance not more than 25cm, fixed in one another with grooves with male part not less than 5mm. The final surface to be finished with machine sanding and polished with water based PU polish.The supplier / manufacturer / assempler will give a warranty of min. 5 years on the guarantee bond for the above system against damages due to termite, moisture absorption, defects in wood used, defects due to workmanship, sinking of the system and failure of the system. |
