1ITEM NO. 1 Comprehensive maintenance contrcat (Routine, preventive and Breakdown) of different make Window/Split type airconditioners and water coolers etc as per scope of work attached. (Non Inverter Window/Split AC-3 to 14 years old & Inverter AC-2 to 14 years old)NOTE- (1) Tenderer are requested to check physically the window, split ACs & water cooler before quoting the rate. Rate quoted inclusive all taxes.(2) On award of work, the ACs will be handed over to contractor in as it is condition.
