| 1 | To perform under term contract such works on the terms and conditions and MES standard schedule of rates 2020 Part-II together with errata/amendments as applicable and upon the conditions contained in tender documents, as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the aforesaid standard schedule of rates during the period of one year from the date of acceptance at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES standard schedule of rates. ANDAt such other rates as may be fixed under the provisions of condition 62 and further agree to refer all disputes as required by the condition 70 of IAFW-2249 to the sole Arbitrator of a serving officer having degree in Engineering or equivalent or having passed final/direct final examination of Sub Division Building and Quantity Surveying of Institution of Surveyor (India) recognized by Govt. of India to be appointed by Chief Engineer Air Force WAC Palam Delhi Cantt or in his absence the Officer Officiating as Chief Engineer Air Force (WAC) Palam, Delhi Cantt whose decision shall be final, conclusive and binding. |
| 2 | Notes:-(i) The Bidder have to select the option \\"Excess (+)\\" OR \\"Less (-)\\" available at the cell address E4 of the BOQ to quote the percentage above or below MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2020 respectively.(ii) The Bidder have to insert the amount at the cell address F16 of the BOQ to quote the percentage above or below MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2020.(iii) Amount inserted by the MES under rate column and the total amount reflected in this page is a rough guidance and for reference only. Similarly the quoted amount worked out based on percentage rate quoted by the Bidder shall also be treated as rough and for reference only. The acceptance of contract offer shall be done for quoted percentage rate on MES SSR 2020. The work order for various works/services shall be placed for amount worked out/price on the rates contained in MES SSR 2020 Part-II duly adjusted by percentage rate quoted by the Bidder.
