2Labour and necessary T&P for disconnecting defective out door/indoor transformers of capacity upto 400 KVA from HT/LT side after taking proper shutdown,disconnecting body and neutral earth connections and taking out complete transformer oil, storing the same in dried containers (to be arranged by the contractor) opening the top cover and lifting the core assembly by means of tripod and chain pulley block carefully to check its condition, refilling the transformer oil after complete dehydration/filtration if required (to be paid separately) and necessary repairs including replacement of worn out nuts, bolts & washers etc, fixing the top cover after housing back entire core & coil assembly and fixing the top cover thereafter complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note : (a) Lowering and taking down the same from two /four pole structure / PCC platform to ground & loading on vehicle carefully with the help of telescopic boom crane, steel ropes & winches etc.Unit rate of item shall deemed to be included. (b) In case of major repairs/replacement in transformer which can not be undertaken at site the transformer shall be shifted at civil workshop and the cost shall be paid separately under relevant items.(c) Cost of dehydration/filteration and other necessary repairs shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item. Contractor shall bring the mechanic at site for first inspection of the transformer after that transformer shall be shifted at workshop complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
3Labour, T&P & vehicle for transporting (To & From) the defective transformer for repair to civil workshop, opening top cover of transformer for repair and taking out the burnt HT/LT coil (windings), dismantling HT/LT coils from core & reassembling the core after replacement of burnt HT/LT coils of existing gauge & turns,housing Core & coil assembly with all accessories in transformer body and connecting up to HT/LT bushings, filling in dehydrated transformer oil, testing complete, transporting back the transformer to location/site and reconnecting HT /LT/Earth connections at existing electrical system including testing & commissioning complete on load of following capacities.Note : Following items / spares required to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately (a) Transformer oil (b) Winding of LT/HT Coils (c) Silica Gel/Silica Gel Pot (d) Porcelain bushings / brass studs. (A) 25 KVA to 200 KVA

5M&L for rewinding of HT/LT coils of transformer as per following specifications including de-moisturizing the prepared coils in heat chambers for adequate duration before assembling the winding and core with double paper insulation for reconditioning only of existing copper strip for LV (0.433 KV) winding having existing size / gauge including necessaory testing in workshop and connection of tap changer after dismantling unserviceable winding wire complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(A) Super enameled double paper insulated copper wire for HV (11 KV) winding having existing size / gauge
6Shifting of transformer of following capacities in between locations as mentioned against each Dhar Road Garrison Engineer or 16 Corp Power House and back by transportation in safe custody incl loading and unloading from foundation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note :- Rate for hiring of crane/vehicle are deemed to be inculded in quoted rates.(A) 25 KVA to 200 KVA in between Dhar Road Cantt area or 16 Corps and back.
7All as per item No 05 here in before but capacity 250 KVA to 400 KVA in between Dhar Road Cantt area or 16 Corps and back.
8De-hydration / filtration of transformer oil by hiring on line filtration plant to achieve di-electric strength not less than minimum 60 KV including following work services :- (a) Removal of all suspended particles such as dust, rust, scales, colloid solution of carbon particles sludge etc upto < 1 micron. (b) De-hydration of transformer oil under vaccum. (c) Circulation of heated oil and filling of treated oil in transformer tank. (d) Top up the transformer oil upto the level marked in breather tank.NOTE : (i) Contractor shall use the vehicle mounted filtration plant with suitable size heavy duty hose pipe. (ii) The transformer oil required for replacing/top up shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of the schedule.(iii) Conducting field testing of di-electric strength of the transformer oil before and after filtration. (iv) Checking the megger / earth resistance values with battery operated megger of 5 KV.(v) Test report for BDV of oil shall be submitted by agency / contractor carrying out filtration.
9M&L in replacement for filling / topping of new transformer oil after heating and having di electric strength not less than 60 KV complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Note : The transformer oil shall be supplied in sealed barrels of 210 Ltr capacity each of approved make duly marked with IS-335 on barrel. The barrel will be checked in presence of JE, Engineer-in-Charge and contractor for soundness of seal. Test report and purchase voucher shall be brought and produced by contractor before incorporation in work and the copy of the same shall be kept on record duly defaced by the Engineer-in-Charge.
10Supply and filling in existing breather by replacing new silica gel of superior quality for air breather of transformer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
11S&F in replacement of breather assembly of Transformer incl silica gel upto 250 KVA transformer as per existing make and type 500 Gm complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
12S&F in replacement of breather assembly of Transformer incl silica gel 300 KVA to 500 KVA transformer as per existing make and type 1 Kg complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
13S&F in replacement of brass terminal stud existing size with nuts, check nut, oil seal and washer for HV side of transformer up to 100 KVA transformer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

23M&L for painting of transformers capacity up to 100 KVA including HV/LV connection box with one coat of synthetic enamel paint by using spray painting method including cleaning of all dirt and greasy materials from existing surface alongwith marking of SM/MES Nos with black synthetic enamal paint n. exc 2 cm height at appropriate places after isolating the transformer from the electric supply complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

28S&F in replacement of Galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm for extension of earth and connected to equipment or panel complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
29M&L for painting to steel surface over 10 cm width or girth of any description, new or previously untreated surface with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as directed by Engr-in- Charge.
30Supply and laying in replacement of 25mm to 63 mm nominal size Graded coarse aggregate and aggregate shall be measured net, in compact stacks,prepared on level ground complete all as specifed and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
31M&L in replacement of constructing Earth pit of internal size not less than 300x300x150mm PCC 1:3:6 type C 1 chamber, RCC cover slab of 50 mm thick 1:2:4 with suitable handle including Dismantling old unsv one.
32Inspection, preventive maintenance, repair and testing of 11 KV VCB/OCB Panel with breaker as under :- (a) Cleaning of all chambers in panel like breaker, Bus bar, Spout etc by CRC. (b) Tightness, cleaning of all hardwares in all chambers (c) Greasing of all mechanical interlocks and breaker mechanism, movable parts. (d) Applying Jelly in isolating contact, spout connections (e) Rack in - Rack out operation and setting. (f) Setting of wheel assembly of breakers. (g) ON/OFF & Snatch gap setting. (h) Tripping test in overload and earth fault position by external current injecting Kit on both primary & secondary sides (j) Meggar testing between phase to phase and phase to earth in ON / OFF position both complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note :- Inspection, maint, repair and testing of VCB/OCV rates are included in the same item. minor items such as Small nut,bolt, washer, wiring adjustment and minor parts are deemed to be inculded in the above quoted rate.Major Spare parts for VCB to be measured and paid separately as supply only items. Make as per existing at site.Supply of spares for HT VCB / OCB are as follows:-

48S&F in replacement of unsv over current protection relay with existing type,model and make design to show Power, Alarm, Trip and Error on the screen or equivalent as per existing make and type including removing of old UNSV relay and making connection of new relay including necessary calibration through secondary injection to match with the present system. including testing all parameters complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
49S&F in replacement of Calibration of digital/IDMT protective relays of HT panel (OCB/VCB's) as per load pattern, by preparing data sheet of existing electric load from each sub stations, re-programming input data into relays (OCHS, EFHS, OCLS, EFLS, CTR, TDS etc) complete testing by injecting current in CT primary and measure secondary current at 11 KV, control and relay panel for metering, protection relay plug settings intended in service through current injection in CT primary and ratio including complete polarity test complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Note : Calibration shall be performed by either rep of OEM or qualified engineers.
50S&F of auxiliary power supply/ battery bank with panel made of 2mm CRCA sheet complete with maintenance free lead acid battery bank mounted on MS rack and provide with connector etc complete in all respect with install capacity 24 Volts, DC 12 Nos each of 2 Volts 150AH including booster battery charger 24 volt all as per standard specification complete with DC Amps Meter, Volt meter incl taking out old unserviceable, switches ON/OFF, TRICKLE/BOOSTER complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

70Routine and periodical work required for trimming / cutting of tree branches of any girth, touching /obstructing the over head lines of HT/LT poles of three phase distribution system at places not more than 40 mtr span distance so as to keep minimum 2.0 mtr clearance all around the lines and poles with due care after taking proper electric shoutdown from concern MES competent staff complete disposal thereof ( trimmed branches) to a distance not exceeding 100 metre , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note: T&P will be provided by the contractor. No extra payment made for it.
71M&L for preparing scraping the old painted surfaces and applying two coat of aluminium paint on steel tubular swaged poles 11 mtrs long steel and swan neck /bracked, chanels / angles including making/pasting three nos cricular strips of 300 mm wide yellow & black colour with synthetic reflected enamel paint and marking /stencil writing of pole numbers with black paint complete and all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
