Name of Work:- REPAIR TO SECURITY WALL & COMPOUND WALL IN N AREA UNDER GE CHANDIGARH.

1Taking down Cement plaster or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls including raking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc including disposal of unservicable rubbish outside Cantt area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

3Dismantlling plain or corrugated steel sheeting in roof coverings in any position complete including disposal of unserviceable fillets outside cantt area all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
4Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and omplete including disposal of unservicable rubbish outside Cantt area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
5Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortar incl all quions arches, pillar or any other descrption etc complete including disposal of unservicable rubbish outside Cantt area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
6Excavating in trenches in soft/loose soil, n exc1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits,manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out as directed by Engineer-incharge complete, all as specified.
7Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick each,excavated soil in soft/loose soil, complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
8Removing of surplus soil/ excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
950 mm thick guniting in patches over the required areas on **RCC/PCC columns, beams, stairs, lintels, retaining walls, sunshades, roofing slabs, including areas under chicken wire mesh, of all sizes and shapes, at all heights from existing ground floor and at all locations.Guniting shall be carried out using cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 sand) under pressure of 2.0 to 2.8 kg/cm², after removing damaged and loose/spalled concrete by chipping, cleaning the surface and removing dust.The work includes application of one coat of rust converter (KP-100 or equivalent) over exposed reinforcement wherever necessary, providing and tying in position 25 mm × 25 mm × 12-gauge dia MS welded wire mesh or smaller size, fixed over the treated surface ready to receive guniting/grout.The item includes proper curing for 10 days, removal of loose concrete, surface preparation, and finishing. It also includes 5 mm to 10 mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 to match existing surfaces, finished even and smooth, including curing for 10 days.Further including two coats of cement-based paint over one coat of primer, complete.The rate includes all labour charges, hire of tools and plant, machinery, cost of consumables, scaffolding, protective equipment, plant floors, pipelines, vessels, etc., required to carry out guniting works in plant areas, **removal of debris outside MOD land, disposal in low-lying areas, and leveling as directed, up to 2nd floor height, complete as specified and directed by the **Engineer-in-Charge.
10Plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2,using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, sub base etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
11Reinforced Cement Concrete Design Mix M-25 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in foundations including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete and the like complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
12Reinforced Cement Concrete Design Mix M 25 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses and the like complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
13Reinforced Cement Concrete Design Mix M-25 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span bed blocks,coping and the like complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
1425 mm thick Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0,using 12.5 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in levelling concrete etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
15Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on other than fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces etc mixed with water proofing compound finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.NOTE: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.
16Use & waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundation,footings,bases of columns,raft and raft beams,sides and soffits of foundation and plinth beams and similar works,vertical or to batter surfaces of concrete etc. (rough finished flat surfaces of concrete), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
17Use & waste of formwork to sides of pillars,posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions,etc.; vertical or to batter surfaces of concrete etc. (rough finished flat surfaces of concrete), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
18Use & waste of formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves inncluding supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. (rough finished flat surfaces of concrete), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
19Brickwork with fly ash bricks, class designation 100, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
20(a) Scrapping and sanding with mechanical wall sander ( having mechanicak vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of diameter of 7\\"/9\\" using 80 grit sanding paper to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed.(b) Appliying one coat of waterproofing primer/ damp-proof primer @ 1 Itr per 50 sqft. diluted with 40 % by water to be applied using an airless spray machine of with a flow rate of 2l per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.(c) Allow 4-6 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats.(d) Material and labour for applying two coats of cement based paint on new wall plaster surface using @ 1 ltr per 5 sqm of each coat diluted with 40% of water using airless spray technolgy with siliscon additives, with heat reflectant property which can reduce the painted surface temp by 5 degree and gives excellent protection against UV attack with VOC less than 50 gram/ litre as per the LEEDS sepcifications, anti algal properties in two coats @ 1L/ 64 sqft diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat with airless spray machine of paint application with a flow rate of 2L per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as specified and directed.
21Preparation of new or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
22(a) Scrapping and sanding with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of diameter of 7\\"/ 9\\" using 80 grid sanding paper to make the surface free from dust by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed.(b) Appliying one coat of waterproofing primer/ damp-proof primer @ 1 Itr pre 50 sqft. diluted with 30 % by water to be applied using an airless spray machine of with a flow rate of 2 litre pre minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.(c) Allow 4-6 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats.(d) Material and labour for applying two coats of water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of new wall surface and approved colour @ 1 ltr per 5 sqm of each coat diluted with 40% of water using airless spray technolgy with silicon additives, with heat reflectant property which can reduce the painted surface temp by 5 degree and gives excellent protection against UV attack with VOC less than 50 gram/ litre as per the LEEDs specifications, anti algal properties in two coats @ 1L/ 64 saft diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat with airless spray machine of paint application with a flow rate of 2 litre per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.
23Providing Grit Plaster (Rought-Cast plaster) to external wall, architectural features, and chajjas at all heights and levels, applied in two distinct layers to a toatal minimum thickness of 20mm, providing a uniform, textured, and durable weather-resistant finish.(a) SURFACE PREPARATION: Raking out masonry joints/ removing of all existing treatment. Clean the concrete or masonry surface thoroughly, removing dirt, dust, and loose mortar. Dampen the surface uniformly with water before application. For concrete surface, apply a neat cement slurry coat to ensure a strong mechanical bond.(b) FIRST COAT (UNDER COAT): Apply 12mm thick base coat of cement mortar 1:4 (1 part cement : 4 parts coarse sand) mixed with an integral water proofing compound. scratch the surface thoroughly with a wire brush or scratching tool while still plastic to form a mechanical key for the second layer. curing this undercoat for a minimum of 2 to 3 days before applying the final layer.(c) SECOND COAT (GRIT APPLUCATION): Apply 8mm thick final grit layer. The mix consists of cement, sand stone chips in 1:0.5:2 ratio (1 part cement : 0.5 part sand : 2 parts stone grit by volume). Dash the wet mix forcefully into the prepared base coat using a trowel to ensure maximum compaction Alternatively, plaster the top coat with regular mortar and immediately fling clean grit chips into the wet surface, pressing them lightly with a wooden float. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
24Supply and fixing wall cladding tiles of approved brand, colour and shade of size 600 x 300 mm and thickness 9mm. The tiles shall be fixed on walls using a high-performance polymer-modified tile adhesive applied with a notched trowel to achive a uniform bed thickness of 4mm over a rough plaster surface (plaster paid for separately). Tiles are to be laid in true line, leevel, and plumb with a uniform spacer grout joint of 3mm using plastic spaces. joints shal be thoroughly cleaned and filled with an approved epoxy/ polymer-modified grout of matching shade (epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10 kg of hardner and 0.20 kg of resin per kg). The rate shall include all surface preparation, application of adhesive, cutting of tiles, miter mutting/ chamfering of edges at external corners, scaffolding, curing, cleaning, protecting the surface till handover and all labour, materials, tools, and tackles required to complete the work as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
25Supply only liquid water proofing compound ISI Marked complete all as specified and directed.
26First quality Endora tiles good grip series 600 x 600 x 10-12 mm thick coloured as in floors etc. set and jointed with 4 mm spacer and grouting the joint of flooring with epoxy grout mix of organic coated filler of desired shade,hardener ,resin in the ratio of 8:1:2 laid over and inculding 10 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
27Chequered machine pressed factory made coloured tiles, ISI marked, 22-25 mm thick of size 400 mm x 400 mm, machine pressed and cut polished,Glossy finish on top and set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry and fabricated using grey cement & pigments. over and including 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:6) bedding joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
2860mm thick non skid prepolished machine pressed precast concrete ( M-35 grade) interlocking paver block, Glossy finish on top manufactured in an automatic plant working on vibration and simultaneous hydraulic compression from top, with grey cement and pigment(Yellow & red) any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 laid over and including 50 mm thick cushion of coarse sand & filling the joints after laying complete all as specified and as directed.Note :- Paver block with grey cement and no pigment will not be considered as coloured paver block
29Granite jet black shade, 16-18mm thick, (table rubbed and polished) in single piece (in one direction) machine cut, machine polished, bedded and jointed with adhesive suitable for granite/stone & pointed with grout of matching shade including necessary cutting over & including 20 mm thick (average thickness) cement mortar (1:4) screed and jointed with grey cement mixed with matching shade pigment including rounding of/moulding to edge (half round) as in cooking platform, shelves, RCC counters, window cills & similar situations, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
3016 to 18 mm thick green marble machine cut stone slab (table rubbed polished) as in flooring and jointed with cement slurry and bedded over & including 20mm thick Screed bed cement mortar (1:4), and pointed with white/ colured cement including grindng, rounding of moulding to edge polishing etc including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.
31Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws,hooks etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.Colour to be decided by GE

40Supplying and fixing Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) cladding for external surfaces, conforming to the following technical parameters as per the manufacturer's (ALEX) specifications:1. Material Composition • Panel Thickness: Total panel thickness of 6.0 mm.• Aluminium Skin: High-grade aluminium skin with a thickness of 0.50 mm on both the top and bottom coils (conforming to Type J/Exterior Grade). • Core Material: Pure Polyethylene (PE) Core sandwiched between two aluminium skins with high-performance adhesive films. Coating & Surface Finish: • Exterior Finish: Top surface coated with PVDF (70% Kynar-500) three-layer paint finish and lacquering for superior weather resistance and UV protection. • Coating Thickness: Top coil coating thickness between 25μ - 28μ; bottom coil provided with a 7μ service coat.• Protection: Visible surface protected by a branded protective film to be removed only after final installation. Fabrication: • Panels shall be cut, drilled, punched, or stamped as per the architectural drawings. • Bending, routing and 90° bending to be executed precisely without loss of surface integrity or cracking of the PVDF coating. Framework & Sub-structure: • Aluminium grid: The sub-structure shall consist of extruded aluminium square/rectangular tubes. • Brackets: Heavy-duty G.I. or aluminium “L” cleats/brackets fixed to the masonry/RCC backup wall using metallic expansion fasteners. Alignment: • The framework must be perfectly plumbed and leveled using laser levels or water tubes. Fabrication & Installation:• Panels shall be fabricated using the “Tray” or “Box” method. • Edges shall be routed and folded to form a 25–30 mm flange. Fixing: Folded edges are to be secured to the aluminium grid using stainless steel (SS) screws or rivets at intervals not exceeding 300 mm. Joints & Sealing: • Maintain a uniform groove/joint (typically 8–12 mm) between panels. • Joints must be cleaned and filled with Non-Staining Weather Silicone Sealant (e.g., Dow Corning or equivalent) over a closed-cell polyethylene backing rod. Measurement & Payment: • The measurement shall be taken on the finished visible surface area in Square Meters (Sqm). • The rate shall include the cost of ACP sheets, aluminium framework, joint sealing, wastage, fabrication, scaffolding, specialized labor, removal of the protective film, and all necessary fittings and fixtures.
41Supply and fix in position alphabetical letters in Hindi ,English and punjabi made of stainless steel sheet of grade SS - 304L of thickness 1.25 mm and fixing to MS Sheet claddig with necessary fixing arrangements , size of each letter height exc 10cm but not exc 80cm , width as per font and depth 40 mm complete all as specified and as directed.
