3Material and labour for provision of free standing supporting steel structure errected over pile foundations and Electrically Operated self driven Horizontal Sliding Hanger Door (8 leaves) including related electro mechanical systems, complete, all as shown on drawings and as specified. It includes the following:-(a) Free standing supporting steel structure with foundation work i.e piles & pile caps, all as per drawings. (b) Related electro mechanical works as specified.(c) Roofing and Cladding with 0.50mm thick coloured galvalume sheet(s) for the complete supporting structure at both ends to avoid entry of any birds/animals into the Parking Bay of doors and inside of hanger.(d) Rails including rail foundation all as shown in drawings.(e) M-25 grade concrete over pile caps as per clarifications to drawings as shown in drawings.Note:-(1) The connecting passage from hanger to supporting structure will be measured separately and paid for under relevant items of BOQ.
4Material and labour for provision of free standing supporting steel structure errected over pile foundations and electrically operated vertical lifting fabric door (VLFD) (03 leaves with 02 mullions) sourced from approved manufacturer including related electromechanical systems, complete, all as shown on drawings and as specified. It includes the following:-(a) Free standing supporting steel structure with foundation work i.e piles & pile caps, all as per drawings. (b) Roofing and Cladding with 0.50mm thick coloured galvalume sheet(s) for the complete supporting structure to avoid entry of any birds/animals in side of the hanger.(c) M-25 grade concrete over pile caps as per clarifications to drawings.(d) Related Electromechanical Systems/WorksNotes:- (1) The contractor shall propose one of the manufacturer listed below alongwith MOU entered with the manufacturers and their credentials of past experience for the approval of the Accepting Officer through GE & CWE within 30 days of the commencement of work. The contractor shall ensure that the proposed manufacturer had the experience of executing minimum 03 (three) works of similar nature i.e VLFD of total 12m height with opening height of 9m and stacking height 3m. The rate quoted by the contractor is deemed inclusive of these considerations.
5(2) The approved manufacturer shall design and get it vetted from any of the IITs in respect of the following three elements of the vertical fabric door:- (i) Bottom Beams (ii) Middle Beams(iii) Mullions(Only for structural capacity to take wind load or dead load as applicable)(3) The electromechanical system shall be provided as per manufacturers design.(iv) The contractor shall submit the vetted design & drawings to the Accepting Officer for approval through GE & CWE.(v) The work of vertical fabric door shall be got executed under the supervision of approved manufacturer.(vi) The rate quoted by contractor for this item is deemed inclusive of the above aspects. Manufacturers for the Vertical Lifting Fabric Hanger Door are as follows:-(a) Gandhi Automations Pvt Ltd.(b) NIHVA Technologies Pvt Ltd.(c) Avians Innovations Technology Pvt Ltd.(d) ASSA ABLOY(e) Champion Doors.(f) Kuntalbij Engineers Pvt Ltd.(g) Areen Entrance Automation Pvt. Ltd.(vii) The connecting passage from hanger to supporting structure will be measured separately and paid for under relevant items of BOQ.
6Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position, complete, all as specified and as directed.
7Dismantling structural steel work members of hanger door such as channels, angles, flat iron etc. and steel section of any desccription by gas cutting or other means, complete, all as specified and as directed.
8Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, complete, all as specified and as directed.
9Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry laid in cement mortar complete, all as specified and as directed.
10Taking down chowkhats or frames exceeding 1.5 sqm but not exceeding 4 sqm with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) each complete, all as specified and as directed.
11Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out, complete, all as specified and as directed.
12Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. complete, all as specified and as directed.
13Removing excavated soil n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point, complete, all as specified and as directed.
14Rolling and consolidtion of formation in cutting with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete, all as specified and as directed.
15Material and labour for 200mm thick GSB using red bajri spread and rolled in layers not exc 15cm watered and well rammed to a true surface, complete, all as specified and as directed.
16Material and labour for 100mm thick dray lean concrete Design Mix M-15 using 180Kg of Cement/Cum, complete all as specified and as directed.
17Material and labour for sand filling under floor or in foundation including watering and consolidation, complete, all as specified and as directed.
18Material and labour for polythene film 400 micron HDPE Sheet over sand layer, compete, all as specified and as directed.
19Material and labour for pavement quality concrete in pavements and flooring of any thickness as required at site and directed by consulantant/designer of min flexural strength 45 Kg/Sq.cm using minimum cement 400 Kg/Cum and as per design mix using non synthetic circular fibre @ 0.25% by weight of cement as per manufacturer insturctions to be laid using vibratory rollers, surface vibrators vibrating screed and needle vibrators, complete, all as specified and as directed.
20Forming construction joints 10mm wide, 25mm deep and filling with Polysulphide/Polyurethane over 12 mm thick back up rod Grade 'A', complete, all as specified and as directed.
21Forming dummy joints 10mm wide, 85 mm deep and filling with polysuphide/Polyurethance over 10m dia back up rod Grade 'A', complete all as specified and as directed.
22Forming expansion joints 20mm wide upto full depth of PQC and top with polysulphide/polyurethance Grade 'A' over 30mm dia back up rod, complete, all as specified and as directed.
23Material and labour for painting lines dashes, arrows, letters, circle etc. on roads/ pavement/taxi track/runway by applying two coats of water thinable /water aqua emulsion base/oil (alkyed) base paints/matt finished paint white/ black/yellow/orange or any other colours and 10cm/15cm wide strips on bituminous road/taxi track/runway surface by using mechanical pavement marking machine line lazor IV-3900/and 5900 including complete removal of dust particles by wire brushes or sweeping with brooms, complete, all as specified and as directed. Note- The colour of paint shall be as approved by GE.
24Removal surplus soil / debris outside the defence land /MoD Land, complete, all as specified and as directed.
25Supply and fixing pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet trapezoidal profile 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa (AZ-150) as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified, complete, all as specified and as directed.
26Material and labour for preparation of new steel surface and iron surfaces exceeding 10cm in width or girth and applying of two coats of synthetic enamel of over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer of any description, complete, all as specified and directed.
27Material and labour for brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks (old Size bricks) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius, built in cement mortar 1: 4 complete all as specified and as directed.
28Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick/ concrete surfaces finishing the surface even and fair, complete, all as specified and as directed.
29Material and labour for rolled mild steel work in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. conforming to E-250 (Fe-410 W, Quality 'A') complete, all as specified and as directed.
30Material and labour for 6mm Epoxy PU flooring complete all as specified and directed and as per manufacturer's instruction consisting of the following steps/stage.(a) Surface cleaning : Cleaning of surface free from dust, dirt, moisture & foreing material from the floor by grinding and scrubbing.(b) M & L for Epoxy polyurethane floor coating of 200 micron thick priming coat 3800 microns screed coat and 2000micron thick top coat including necessary prepartion of the existing surface all as per specified, directed and manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.(c) Forming joints 8 mm to 40mm average width and 20mm average deep with closed cell poyethylene back rod of required dia more than width of joint and top 12mm depth primed and sealed with polyurethane based sealing compound including applying masking tap on edge of joints to prevent accidental spillage including cutting the masking tape by mechanical means after application of sealant including cutting out the existing joint up to the required width /depth using diamod cutter, removing the debris and other foreign material to out side from defece land, complete, all as specified and directed.
31Supply and fixing steel stairs (framed) including stringers, treades, landing, balusters, hand rails etc. including cleats, brackets, etc.conforming to IS, Fe 410W (Gde E-250) quality B, complete,all as specified and as directed.
32FLAME PROOF WIRING
33Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, (including fixture & fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators sockets etc. to be measured separately), removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete, all as specified and as directed.Note: Flame proof rotory switch, light fittings and exhaust fan recieved shall be refixed and will be paid separately under respective item of the schedule.
34Material and labour for point wiring with copper conductor, single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed stranded FRLS cable (IS 694), including PVC Insulated copper multi-stranded conductor cable, unsheathed, of size 1.5 sqmm and one single core earth continuity multi-stranded conductor size 1.5 sqmm green in colour to common earth and connecting to earth dolly with copper crimp of suitable size and including in 20 mm dla ERW steel conduit and flame proof fittings such as bend, elbow, inspection bend, socket, junction box etc concealed in wall including cutting and chasing in walls for concealing of steel conduit, for one light/fan point controlled by one rotary switch complete all as specified and as directed.
35Labour only for fixing and connecting only flame proof rotoary switch one way 10 Amps, complete, all as specified and as directed.
36Labour only for fixing and electrically connecting flame proof tube light fittings, complete, all as specified and as directed.
37Labour only for fixing and electrically connecting flame proof exhaust fan, complete, all as specified and as directed.
38Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less 'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4mm dia as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, of GI or steel, including precast RCC (factory manufactured) earth pit with mortar design RCC cover with 50mm thickness PCC 1:3:6 at bottom and charcoal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I (2009) and specified including provision of GI earth wire 4mm by 15mm dia medium grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20mm bore medium grade, and including all excavation and earth work & connecting the earthing to an earthing test point complete all as specified & directed.NOTES : (i) The unit rate includes GI pipe up to 7.5m for protection of earth lead. For any additional length the same shall be adjusted through deviation order.(ii) The unit rate includes main earthing lead from earth electrode to test point up to 7.5 meter(iii) In case measured value of earth resistance is recorded more than 5.0 ohms then the earthing shall be re done by the contractor without any extra cost to the department.
39EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION
40Material and labour for sand cushioning with a layer of dry river sand, 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick (punned down 100mm thick) after laying of cables, in trenches/ducts, complete, all as specified and directed.Note-punned down thickness shall be considered for measurement and payment
41Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly in ground, vertically to a depth not less than 2.5m deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.50m below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt. Earth lead of GI earth strip of size 25x4mm connected by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts washers of as shown in electrical plate No3, connected to earthing test point and earth lead protected by galvanised iron pipe light grade 40mm boreand water pipe 20mm bore GI medium grade with funnel and wire mesh, complete, including excavation and earthwork, precast RCC (factory manufactured) earth pit with mortar design RCC cover with 50mm thickness PCC 1:3:6 at bottom., all as shown in electrical plate No.03 of SSR Part-I, complete, all as specified and direcetd.NOTES : (i) The unit rate includes GI pipe up to 7.5m for protection of earth lead. For any additional length the same shall be adjusted through deviation order.(ii) The unit rate includes main earthing strip from earth electrode to test point up to 7.5 meter(iii) In case measured value of earth resistance is recorded more than 5.0 ohms then the earthing shall be re done by the contractor without any extra cost to the department.
42Material and labour for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on baten or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as require, 25 x 4mm GI strip, complete, all as specified and directed.
43Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed stranded conductor of 4 core 10 sq. mm nominal cross section in service connections, complete, all as specified and directed.
44boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150mm dia suitable for 0.4mpa working pressure, complete, all as specified and directed.
45Supply, laying and testing of cable, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire, armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 Sqmm 4 Core, complete, all as specified and directed.
46Supply and laying sub class 'B' brick, old size as in cable protection cover, complete, all as specified and directed.
47Supply and fixing of GI pipe of size 40mm, light grade, as protection pipe, complete, with all fittings, laid in trenches or fixed with wall/under floor etc., complete, all as specified and directed.
48Supply and fixing of distribution board, horizontal type, IP43, TPN, 4 way, 240 volts, double door type, complete, all as specified and as directed.
49Supply and fixing of 415 V, 10 KA, 'B' Curve, Miniature Circuit Breaker (MCB), 4 pole, TPN, 40 to 100 Amps in the DB, complete, with connection, testing and commissioning, complete, all as specified and directed.
