| 2 | Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 4-Way TPN Distribution Board (DB) double door, wall-mounted, dust and vermin proof, fabricated from CRCA sheet steel, powder coated, complete with copper busbar, neutral link, and earth bar, suitable for 415V, 3-phase, 4-wire system; comprising one 32 Amp TPN MCB as incomer with adjustable thermal-magnetic protection and adequate breaking capacity, and 04 Nos. 16 Amp SP MCBs as outgoing feeders with C-curve tripping characteristics; including all internal wiring with FRLS copper conductors, interconnections, gland plate, cable glands, lugs, ferruling, proper labeling, earthing of DB body, and all accessories required for safe operation. The DB shall be installed at site, properly aligned and fixed, tested for insulation and functionality, and commissioned complete all as specified and as directed. |

| 4 | Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 10 kVA single-phase servo voltage stabilizer suitable for Nibav Series IV Max Home Lift operation, having input voltage range of 170–270 V and output voltage stabilized at 230 V ±1%, air-cooled type with copper-wound transformer, high efficiency, and fast correction rate; complete with digital display for input/output voltage, overload protection, short circuit protection, surge protection, and time delay system. The stabilizer shall be wall/floor mounted as required and connected through suitable 32 Amp input/output MCB/isolator, including all necessary internal wiring, earthing, cable terminations, lugs, glands, and accessories. The work includes proper fixing, testing under load conditions, and commissioning to ensure smooth and safe operation of the lift system, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 5 | Provision of Nibav Series IV Max Home Lift in Auditorium: The work comprises supply, delivery, unloading, installation, testing and commissioning of one Nibav Series IV Max Home Lift complete with prefabricated cylindrical structure, passenger cabin, vacuum drive system, integrated control panel, landing doors at required levels, safety interlocks, emergency alarm system, battery backup for lowering, all standard accessories and fittings as per manufacturer specifications; including transportation to site, handling, positioning, assembly, alignment, fixing and anchoring of the lift system, trial runs, performance testing, final commissioning and handover complete in all respects; the work also includes manufacturer warranty for motor, vacuum seal and complete lift system as per OEM terms and conditions, and shall be executed strictly in accordance with OEM guidelines and applicable standards complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 6 | Excavation or road cutting in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5M depth for laying of cable, getting out including forming bottom surface to required level and gradient in hard/dense soil.complete all as specified and directed. |
| 7 | M&L for Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard/dense soil. complete all as specified and directed. |
