| 2 | Repairs of automatic control panels 08 No's installed at AHU's in Convention Centre Jammu. The job includes disconnecting the main power supply to the AHU's and then removing the Control Panels installed on the walls of the AHU rooms and then shifting to workshop. The job includes dismantling of all the parts of panel, cleaning the box body and replacing all the damaged parts i.e connector 3TF31 04 No's, Add on block NONC 04 No's, Timer 06 No's and Terminal strips 14 No's with the new ones. The job also includes repair to the input supply cable of the control panel by way of removing the burnt cable and cutting it out and thimbling it with crimping tool. The job includes changing all the wires of the panel and copper thimbles 38 No's (approx and changing of 24 No's of indicators that is red yellow blue, green of all the AHU panels by fitting of new ones The job also includes replacement of the 04 No's of ON push buttons and 04 No's of OFF push buttons and shifting the Panels from the workshop to site and then reinstalling them back to their original positions. The job also includes replacement of 20 mm dia 3.5 core cable 75 mtrs approximately coming from mains to the AHU and then connecting the main power supply. The job also includes testing of all the functions of all the component of the panel on full load.
