Practical answer to install a Fountain in minimum time and without costly civil work. Peripheral nozzles are fitted on adjustable flanges and control valves for directional adjustment and to control Jet height. To provide for any eventually whereby the shell is holed, it shall be completely filled with closed cell foam which shall prevent the ingress of water.
