Of Track-Based Electronic Rail Lubricators In Sr.Den/East/Tpj Jurisdiction. , - Supply, Installation And Commissioning Of Track Based Rail Lubricator (Electronic Type) With Dual Applicator/Wiper Bar Complete System As Per Rdsos Technical Specification No.Irs T-48 Along With Acs No.1 And Operating (For 5 Years) With Carry Down Effect Of 1 Km, Supply Of Solar Panel And Its Accessories Including Battery And Mast For Successful Operation Of Lubricator. The Firm Has To Inspect Each Location Regularly For Operation And Maintenance Not Less Than 15 Days For Each Curve. Power Supply: Application System Should Be Designed To Accommodate Both Direct Electrical Connection To An Ac Power Source And To Operate Independently Using A Solar Panel And Battery As Per Para 7.2 Of Rdso Technical Specification For Track Based Lubricator. Note - (1) The Rate Includes All Tools, Plants, Parts, Labour, Taxes, Transportation, Royalty Etc. Complete. (2) The Rate Also Includes The Cost Of Parts The Cost Of Parts And Amc For 5 Years. (3) The Machine And The Solar Panel Assembly Will Be The Property Of Contractor Whcih Will Be Taken Back By Contractor After Successful Completion Of Job (Ie) After 5 Years). (4) The Rate Also Incudes The Testing Of Grease For Its Suitability As Per Rdso Specification (Ie) Testing The Grease For Its Coefficient Of Friction Which Should Be Less Than 0.25Μ) Shall Be Done By Tenderer At A Frequency Of 1 Month Or More (5) If The Coefficient Of Friction In The Above Test Is Found Above 0.25Μ, Then No Payment For That Month Will Be Done By Railway.(Total Qty-28 Nos X 12 Months X 5 Years). , - Supply Of Grease For Five Years As Per Specification Of Lubricant Vide Rdso Technical Specification No.Irs-T-48 With Latest Correction Slips For Track Based Lubricator (May-2025). Note:(I) If The Co-Efficient Of Friction In Above Test Is Found Above 0.25, Then No Payment For Supply Of Grease For That Month Will Be Done By Railway.(Ii) The Quantity Of Grease Shall Be Supplied By The Contractor As Per The Instructions Of The Engineer-In-Charge.(Total Qty - 28 Nos X 20 Kg/No X 12 Months X 5 Years).
