Supply Of set of return air duct complete for ac 3t amrit bharat coaches. , set of return air duct complete for ac 3t amrit bharat coaches. follow co lour scheme as per design l.no. md48161 dated 15.05.2026., as per drawing: mplrad3tab ve rsion 0, packing instruction: frp ceiling sheet/side wall panels/frp component self adhesiv e biodegradable plastic lamination sheet to be provided on each component. projected metallic parts to be protected with plastic/nylon/frpcaps/proper wrapping of biodegra dable bubble sheet from all the sides. each component to be packed in biodegradable b ubble sheet all around with proper tapping & then to be placed in cardboard box follo wed by 3 nylon strips tightened from both sides. then collective packs of components to be packed in wooden cage made from wooden strips of size 100x20mm & gap between each strip should not be more than 100mm.on the wooden crate base 3 wooden pegs of size100x100mm (along the length) to be provided for ease in handling with fork lifter. all loose items of a set to be packed separately in cardboard box with list of loose ite ms pasted on each box and collective packs of item to be packed in wooden cage made f rom wooden . roof ceiling (having curved surfaces) in addition to above packing shoul d be stacked on a metallic frames before packing in the wooden boxes. one package sh ould not contain material belonging to more than one coach set & grouping should be preferably of similar sizes. also packing should have indication like 1/4,2/4 etc. ( e.g. fo ur packings will make one coach set) so that one complete coach set can be easly identified. the maximum weight of the wooden crate should not be more than 200 kgs. a list should be pasted on each wooden crate showing order no, pl no. description of it em,drg no/spec no/set list no. with version, qty, firms name & address,date of despatc h etc. [ warranty period: 84 months after the date of delivery ] ]
