Voltageregulationband : +1.00% of rated voltage g. Insulation : Class F/H h. AVR : AVR shall beprovided with amotorized or solid state potentiometer. i. IP rating of enclosure : IP 23 j. Waveformdistortion :No load < 1.5%, non- distorting, balanced Linear load <5Total harmonic factor :Better than 2% Standard control panel with suitably rated 4 pole MCCB .m.12V,15AAutomaticBattery charger suitable for required Ah Battery, having . Full protection againstbatteryovercharging & reverse polarity. Over voltage, overload & shortcircuit protection,reverse battery protection The alternator should confirm to IS 4722. Routine tests asperrelevant ISS shall be conducted and test reports of the same shall be furnished at thetime ofdelivery. vii. Fuel tank. Integral type fuel tank of adequate capacity with 20 litersDiesel viii.Battery: Required number of suitably rated fully charged battery with leads andterminals asrequired as per manufacturers requirement. ix Operation manual, service manual, listof sparesetc x. Acoustic Enclosure with CPCB Norms 4 a. The DG set shall be supplied alongwithspecially designed, company fabricated (to be fabricated in the same company fromwhere theDG set is delivered) acoustic enclosure to meet the CPCB norms 4 ,. b. Sufficientspace andclearance shall be maintained inside the enclosure to have optimum serviceability. c.Air inletlouvers shall be designed in such a way as to operate the set at rated load even at 50degreeCelsius enclosure temperature. d. The enclosure shall be with UV resistant powdercoatingcapable to withstand extreme environment. e. Hardware used shall be of onlystainless steelmake. f. Insulation material shall conform to IS 8183 specifications for betterattenuation. xi.Documents to be supplied. a. Engine manual. b. Spares parts book c. Warrantycertificate d.Alternator manual & test certificate 1 set control wiring drawing xii. InstallationIt shall be installed in the pre-constructed concrete bed complying to relevant ISstandards, IErules and as per the direction of the departmental officials. xiii. Testing andCommissioning :xiv. During the 3 year Guarantee period comprehensive maintenance (excluding oilchanges)and services as per manufacture recommendation and repairs shall be arranged from date ofcommissioning . |
