It shall have efficiency not less than 98% andshall be fee from distortion in wave forms. Response time of voltage stabilizer shall not exceed10milli seconds and Power Factor at full load shall not exceed 0.95. Voltage stabilizer shall have protection against loss of any of the phases, phase reversal and overload with indicating and alarm system.
