Sl. No. Item Description
1Supply and fixing of Overhead/cantilever type XI retro reflective sign plate made out of 3 mm thick Aluminium composite panel, faces to be covered with green type XI retro reflective sheeting and the matter & logo with overlay film type of sheating after the etching treatment of aluminium sheeting. The backside of sheeting should becovered with two coats of epoxy/powder coating. This sheet shall be fixed on a frame of 40x40x5 angle iron.
2Supply of steel structure in single section.Built upsection/frame from M.S. black pipes ( medium duty) as per IS-1239 (part-1) 1979 with connecting plate anchor bolts including cutting, welding, bolting, fixing in position and applying primer coat of approved steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint including foundation bolts.
3Foundation work of foundation in RCC 1:2:4 including excavation, reinforcement, shuttering, backfilling & removal of excess earth as per drawing.
4Erection of gantry type sign board and structure with movable gantry cranes including nut bolting and fixing. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
