Supply Of self-priming mono-block pump assembly , self-priming mono-block pump assembly without controller, as per drawing: edts186, rev-a, corr-1,2, anx-1, oga as per annex-2, packing instruction: alternator,rru, erru &accessories, transformer,bulk inverters , battery, charger, self priming monoblock p ump, inverter, change over control box etc: suitably covered with biodegradable tran sparent polythene and packed in wooden cage: bottom frame to be made of wooden pla nks 20mm thick &should have support of at least 3 wooden battons of size 100x100mm of suitable length to facilitate lifting by fork lifter. each panel to be packed in woode n cage of suitable dimensions made out of wooden strips of 20x100mm size. gap between each strip should not be more then 100mm. the material used for product pack aging shall be eco-friendly.a list should be pasted on each wooden cage showing orde r no, pl no, description of the item, drg. no/ spec. no ,qty, firms name &address and dat e of despatch etc. note- 1) firms have option to provide qr code. for linkage of po, the cardboard box shall carry a qr code having details as listed below: a) name of the ma nufacturer <manuname> b) purchaseorder number <pono> c) purchaseorder date <po dt> d) uniqueserial number (or lot number for bulk items) of the manufacturer <manu sno>or <manulno> e) dateof manufacture <manudate> f) deliverychallan no. <delcha lno> g) deliverychallan date <delchaldt> 2.the qr code shall be as per iso/iec 18004 m odel2 and the data shall be available as xml using the tags detailed above.
