Supply Of set of panel for shovan chair car coaches for bangladesh railways , set of panel for shovan chair car coaches for bangladesh railways, as per drawing: edts463, rev-nil, packing instruction: electrical panels to be protected with trans parent biodegradable polythene bag/sheets thickness of 0.1 mm or an antistatic bag of 350 to 400 gauge (100 micron approx.) on all sides of panel &panel shall be packed in tr ansport worthy wooden cage. bottom frame to be made of wooden planks 20mm thick & should have support of at least 3 wooden batons of size 100x100mm of suitable length to facilitate lifting by fork lifter &secure properly with suitable packing to avoid in-tr ansit damage. each panel to be packed in transport worthy wooden cage of suitable di mensions made out of wooden strip of 20x100 mm size. gap between each strips should not be more then 100mm.a list should be pasted on each wooden cage showing order n o, pl no, description, drg /spec. no, qty, firmname &address, consignee name, date of di spatch, top bottom arrow mark etc. note- 1) firms have option to provide qr code. for linkage of po, the cardboard box shall carry a qr code having details as listed below: a)name of the manufacturer <manuname> b)purchase order number <pono> c)purchase order date <podt> d)unique serial number (or lot number for bulk items) of the manuf acturer <manusno>or <manulno> e)date of manufacture <manudate> f)delivery chall an no. <delchalno> g)delivery challan date <delchaldt> 2. the qr code shall be as pe r iso/iec 18004 model2 and the data shall be available as xml using the tags detailed ab ove.
