| 2 | The Contractor have to dismantle the existing Agriculture Implement Factory Campus including all Civil, Electrical & Mechanical Plant & Machinery. Contractor will have a right to auction/sale all the materials obtain in dismantling. The Contractor will remove dismantled material from the site & clear the site for early execution of Infrastructure Development activities. The Cost of existing Property at Agriculture Implement Factory, Industrial Area Indore Road, Khandwa, Distt. Khandwa (M.P.) including Structures, Civil, Mechanical & Electrical as per enclosed Valuation Report of the Chartered Engineer, shall be recovered from the agreemented amount of development of Infrastructure work of the contractor. (A copy of Valuer Assessment Report of Agriculture Implement Factory, Industrial Area Indore Road, Khandwa, Distt. Khandwa (M.P.) premises has enclosed in the Tender Document) |
