4Supply installation, testing and commissioning of single piece long casing (Motor should completely be accommodated inside the fan casing) Vane Axial Fan (multi piece casing are not acceptable) in GSS/MS with powder coated, Al impeller with adjustable blade angles (Manually Adjustable at Site), bird screen ,gravity louvers, fire retardent flexible connection, necessary nut bolts and directly coupled TEFC Sq.cage induction motor (IE2) H Class insulation for Smoke Exhaust) suitable for 415V±10%, 50 Hz. 3 phase electric supply complete with required hardware etc. All offered fans pitch angle shall be AMCA Certified & Listed on AMCA website (Interpolation of pitch angle shall not be acceptable) and Fan Efficiency Grade ( Min FEG 71, lesser is not acceptable).Thickness of the casing shall not be less than: For Dia (300 to 650) mm – 2mm, Dia (700 to 1140) mm – 3 mm, Dia (1200 to 1400) mm – 4mm & Dia 1600 – 5 mm.All fans after assembly shall be dynamically trim-balanced to ISO1940 and AMCA 204/3 - G2.5 quality grade.Fan Casing should be provided with Special Designed Integral Straightening Vanes (Vanes should be integral part of casing, it should not be provided separately as an accessory) to reduced turbulence provide high performance & low noise level.
5Fans for emergency application Tube axial are to be used.Sound level for emergency operation it should not exceed 88 Db(A)@ 3 meter (Room condition).Incase of not achieving sound , attenutor has to be added.Outlet velocity of the fans should not exceed 18 m/s for emergency application.
6Smoke and heat exhaust fans should be tested and certified for 250 Deg C for 2 hour in accordance to standard 'BSEN12101-3:2015 from TUV SUD PSB Singapore or equivalent internationally recognized fire laboratory

The product shall be age tested as per DafStb guidelines. Sealant should provide sufficient MAF, water and gas tight seal. Sealant shall also provide airborne sound transmission reduction (STC of 50) and shall be tested as per DIN 52210 for sound insulation. Sealant shall carry test certificate for mold resistance rating of 0 as determined by ASTM G21-96 and should have a VOC content of approx. 75 g/l as per LEED 2009. The sealant shall carry test certificate in accordance with IEC 60068-2-57:1999-11 (Environmental Testing) as per Part 2-57: Test for Vibration-Time-history method and VERTEQII for seismic zone 4.The system shall be UL listed & classified and product shall bear the UL and FM approval logo on the packing. In case of repenetration requirement, Hilti intumescent based speed sleeve CP 653BA of appropriate size shall be used. Intumescent items shall be paid under separate heads and as mentioned below.

The sound transmission classification according to ASTM E 90-99 shall be 56 (STC Rating). Sealant shall have mold and mildew resistance and the performance shall be Class 0 according to ASTM G-21.
