Bids Are invited for Bunk House (Q3) - Design, Engineering, Supply, Fabrication, Transportation, Loading, Unloading, Shifting, Erection, Installation, Testing, And Commissioning Of Prefabricated Porta Cabin Of Approved Size And Layout, Complete In All Respects As Per Specifications And Drawings.The Scope Includes Providing Ms Structural Framework With Anti-Corrosive Treatment And Painting; Insulated Puf/Eps Wall And Roof Panels Of Specified Thickness; Complete Flooring System (Cement Board/Plywood/Vinyl/Anti-Skid); Aluminium/Pvc/Steel Doors And Windows With Glass; Complete Internal Electrification Including Wiring, Led Light Fixtures, Switches, Sockets, Mcb, Db, And Earthing; Provision For Air Conditioning; Internal And External Finishing; Sealing And Weatherproofing; And Necessary Civil Supports Such As Pcc Blocks, Foundation/Leveling Arrangements.The Item Also Includes All Materials, Labour, Tools & Tackles, Consumables, Fasteners, Sealants, Scaffolding, Handling, And All Incidental Works Required For Complete Installation, Making The Porta Cabin Fully Functional And Ready For Use, As Approved By The Engineer-In-Charge.The Work Shall Be Executed At The Following Locations:Vadinar, Jamnagar, Gujaratthamna (Anand), Gujaratkunli (Dahod), Gujaratbawdi, Petlawad (Jhabua), Madhya Pradeshsandawata (Rajgarh), Madhya Pradesh , Supply, Laying, Dressing, And Termination Of Electrical Cable From Power Source To Main Distribution Board (Mdb) Of Porta Cabin, Complete In All Respects As Per Specifications And Instructions Of Engineer-In-Charge. The Scope Includes Supply Of Cable, Laying Above Ground, Proper Routing, Fixing, Cl Ing, Protection, Jointing, Termination With Glands And Lugs, Testing And Commissioning, And Connection To The Power Source And Mdb.The Rate Shall Be Inclusive Of All Costs Such As Supply, Laying, Termination, And Testing. Unit: Running Meter (Rm). Quntity Will Vary As Per Site Condition. For Tender Evaluation 75 Mtrs Will Be Considered. Cable Shall Be Armoured Four /3.5 Core Cable Frls With Suitable Size With Loading Of Cable Should Be Less Than 70 % Of Full Load. Contractor Needs To Specify The Size Of Cable.Quantity: 75 Meters Per Location For Evalutation Purpose. Total Quantity : 5
