2Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5kms, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & Clause 305 of MoSRT&H specifications for Road and Bridge works (4th Revision) with cost of all labour, T&P and with cess, royality and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Payment of earthwork will be made compacted level section) only
3Excavation for roadway in hard rock (blasting prohibited) by Mechanical Means with rock breakers including breaking rock, loading in tippers and disposal with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 1000 metres, trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross- sections by mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3.5 and as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.
4Excavation in soil in Hilly area by mechanical means including cutting & trimming of side slopes & disposing of excavated earth with a lift upto 1.5 m & lead upto 20 mtr as per technical specification clause-1603.1
5Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 and as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.
6Construction of Granular sub-base by providing Close graded Granular Sub-base Grading-III material as per table-400-1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost, conveyance taxes, royality, additional charges, DMF 10% & EMF 5% over royalty cess complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.
7Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100 KN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricadding and maintenance of diversion etc. as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification clause 406 with cost of all labour, T&P and with cess, royality, additional charges, DMF 10% & EMF 5% over royalty and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
8Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 of MoRD for low porosity surface. and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (By Mechanical Mean)
9Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 of MoRD. and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (By Mechanical Mean).
10Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of speficied grading premixed with bituminous binder of VG-30 penetration grade of bitumen , transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheelede, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H specification for Road & Bridge works and all other T&P articles including cost, conveyance, royality, additional charges, DMF 10% & EMF 5% over royalty Cess, taxes of chips and bitumen & other required materials etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.
11Fine dressing &Turfing with all leads & lifts and placing of turfs in position and ramming with thapies including watering and cost of labour & all materials, Cess etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
12Construction of un-reinforced, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type M-30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, primer, sealant, near approaches to bridge/culvert or at any approved portion of road and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days as per MoRD including cost, conveyance, royality, additional charges, DMF 10% & EMF 5% over royalty Cess, taxes & technical specification Clause 1501 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
13C.D.WORKEarth work in excavation of foundation in hard soil with all leads & lifts including dressing the sides & leveling the bed of the foundation to the required width & required depth including shoring shuttering, propping bullah, pilling, dewatering from foundation supplying & working of pumps including hire & running charges of pumps & all machineries required for the work & providing coffer dam if required & stacking the excavated materials away from the working areas with Cess complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
14Providing & filling good clean river sand of approved quality including watering to complete saturation & ramming complete including cost conveyance, royalty, additional charges, DMF 10% & EMF 5% over royalty Cess & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour & T&P required for the work etc complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in Charge.
15Providing Plain Cement concrete M-15 in foundation upto a required depth below ground level and upto a required height above ground level/bed level using 40mm down graded hard granite aggregates of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying compacting in position in layers to proper slope & level including watering, curing and cost, conveyance, Cess, royality, additional charges, DMF 10% & EMF 5% over royalty taxes of all materials etc. with all labour and T&P required for the work including dewatering, shuttering if necessary complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.In Foundation

27Providing HYSD bars confirming to approved grade including all labours for cutting ,bending, binding, lapping, splicing, welding etc. (conforming to ISI specification) & jointing if necessary by lapping & tying the grills & placing in position as required for RCC works as per the approved design, hoisting, lowering & laying position including cost & conveyance of tor steel & binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge(as to be approved by the Deptt.) etc. complete with Cess in all respect (weight of binding wire shall not be considered for payment at all which will be borne by the contractor ) as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.
28Providing filter media in the rear of abutment & wing walls, return wall with 45mm. size clean hand broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including cost, conveyance royality, additional charges, DMF 10% & EMF 5% over royalty Cess & taxes of all materials T&P articles required for the work etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.
29Providing weep hole in plan / Reinforced concrete abutment/ wing wall / retaining wall with 100mm dia A.C. Pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V : 20 H towards drawing face complete with Cess etc. as per drawing and technical specification and direction of Engineer in charge.
30ROAD APPURTENANCESProviding and fixing of semi reflective cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign board as per IRC:67 made of 1.5 mm thick MS Sheet duly stove white colour in front and gray colour on back with red reflective border of 65 mm width and required letters and figures with reflective tape engineering grade as per Clause 1701.3.9 of MORD for Rural Roads of required shade and colour supported and welded on 47mm x 47 mm x 12 SWG sheet tube firmly fixed to the ground by mean of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450x450x600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing Clause 1701.2.2 and as per direction of EICi.) 600mm equilateral triangle

32Providing and erecting direction and place identification of semi reflective sign boards as per IRC-67 made of 2 mm thick M.S. Sheet duly stove enameled paint white colour in front and grey colour on back with reflective border of 70 mm width and required message, letters, figures with reflective tape of engineering grade as per MORD specifications of required shade and colour. Supported and welded on two nos. 47 mm x 47 mm of 12 SWG square tube of 3050 mm height duly strengthened by 25 mm x 5 mm MS flat iron on edges on back firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1701 of MoRD

34Providing and fixing of typical CITIZEN INFORMATION BOARD with Logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS Plates of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. 75mm x 75 mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm x 47mm of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1 and as per direction of EIC
35Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-reflectorised sign as per IRC-67-2012 made of Class-B retro-reflective sheeting of high intensity and high intensity prismatic grade sheeting as per ASTM D 4956-09 Type-III and IV strictly conforming to Clause 6.7 of IRC 67-2012 and vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2.00 mm thick as per Clause 6.5.2 of IRC : 67-2012 or A.C.P.
